  Lazy. Placed an order for instacart pickup where the app AND email instructions advise that you pull up to pickup parking and the items will be brought to you. Pulled up, sat outside for 20 mins just for nobody to bring anything. Called and some old hag advised me that they only bring the groceries out for orders directly from KROGER pickup. And If you order instacart pickup you must come inside 😵‍💫 talmbout “I’ll transfer you to another department so they can explain” I don’t need to be transferred. I need y’all to follow the policies and procedures listed on the 3rd party sites y’all choose to use. I shouldn’t have expected anything lesss from a headland dr Kroger. Won’t be ordering from here again.

  this is by far the worst Kroger in Georgia, Most of the products are never on shelf, Produce is very bad, The lines be out the door, No customer service skills and the customer service desk is always close! Poot management! Not coming back

  Produce and meat is always out of stock… the girl that works in deli hides from customers then when you FINALLY locate her she’s rude.

  . I recently switched to Publix because I noticed Kroger intentionally remains out of stock on everyday items like damn grits. I also noticed that they intentionally fail to stock veggie and non-pork sausages options in the Black neighborhoods to keep diabetes and other health issues prevalent.

  Just thought I’d drop a line and commend Robin who decided to go way out of her way to help me locate someone wonton strips. It was very refreshing to have someone actually want to help you. Kudos Robin.

  Just left a little while ago. I was scanning each item individually and as I’m leaving, my cart stops. Security comes to check my recipes and scans my cart to unlock the wheels. I know the cameras pick up everything I’ve scanned and placed in the bags. I even handed them to my kid to bag them after each scan. I’ve never dealt with this at any other Kroger. Will not be returning. They assume you’ll steal. Yall definitely will have a lawsuit on your hands soon.

  Never ever do grocery pick up at this location. Also don’t waste your time trying to reach anyone on the phone. If I could give zero stars I would.

  Vegetables and Flower selection was nice. Everything was stocked. Staff was great. There was a security incident but it was handled instantly. Very impressed. Not 5 because these employees deserve more money.

  I hate this Kroger! They only have two pick up parking spots and they’re always took by people not picking up an order. I ALWAYS have to go in and half my order be missing! But I’ll walk through the store and find all the things they refunded. Horrible service. I make my pick up order to morrow ga which is 25 minutes away when it’s a Kroger right by my house

  The store during the day has excellent service but during the night there are hundreds of people in store and one register open with a clerk leaving dozens to use self checkout. Also Felicia from customer service refused a return for an item worth 7.99 because the cost was to high to return without a receipt. She then proceeded to close the customer service counter when my wife approached with a purchase very rude the lack of staff is unconscionable when the store is heavily swarmed with customers this does not happen anywhere else in the city but here. However Daniel from self checkout was truly helpful and kind as was security, even the stockers were helpful a young man with locs assisted us when there seemed to be no staff available.

  The store is closing in 5 minutes, and it is not 1 cashier at a register. 3 minutes until close she talking bout register 7 open. Baby you is late!! ! This ridiculous. Publix would never!
