WHITNEY terrible customer service as a manager you should be ashamed. Spoke poorly to me and my sister. Then ignored us and walked away which was very rude. Drove all the way to this Kroger 30 mins drive because the Kroger by my house told me I couldn’t return my item there because of inventory and that I had to go back to the original store I purchased to return. We drove 30 mins to the original store. It hasn’t been 7 days, only been 3 days since purchased with receipt and Whitney said she can’t accept the return even though online it says returns are accepted within 7 days. She’s making up her own rules and that’s not right. Never coming back to this store.

This Kroger is in dire need of renovation and better stocking practices. I've purchased expired or closed to expiring food products from this location on several occasions. It also feels like they are frequently out of commonly purchased products. Overall, I would only go here as a last resort or if you only need one or two items. If you're grocery shopping, I would seek another Kroger. Preferably the one on Lavista Rd.

I don't like the lady who answer the phone tone. As a charity group you all need to get more professional and send that old lady on a cruise or home. Somewhere other than kroger. She don't work well or talk nice to people. If I don't receive my call by 9 am this morning I'll be reaching out to BBB. Thank you Kroger for understanding how important it is to talk kindly. Regardless. You are the worker.

Staff is friendly and polite. Store has undergone some recent renovations and improvements. The downside is that this is a smaller store and doesn’t have nearly the variety or choices of other larger stores, only the high prices. There is an Aldi across Clairmont, so hoping that will help ease some price pressure.

I visited this store many times. This location generally has what I need and I can get in and out. I went in and in process had to use the restroom. They are completely disgusting. They stink from the outside before you can even get up to them once inside I looked around and immediately went back out to go to the shelf open a pack of Kleenex, hand wipes, take out a few and leave the box on the shelf go and use the restroom covering the disgusting automatic flush so whatever was in the bowl would not fly into the air and on my clothes and me washed my hands and use the, hand wipes I had gotten out of my pocket to wipe my hands, so I wouldn’t have to use the hand blower in the restroom open the door and threw the hand wipes in a trashcan I went to the first register I saw open
upon checking out I let the cashier know whose name begins with a K male and short that the restrooms were disgusting. He noticed the hand wipes I was purchasing were open. I said I had to go to the shelf to get something to dry my hands on because I refused to touch anything in there. His response was this is a grocery store. My response was I shop at many at that and that is not an excuse but okay. If I can avoid this location in the future I will.

I have to give credit to the store. Just a few hours before Hurricane Helen struck, the rain was pouring down heavily. Naturally, everyone rushed to the store, but the downpour was so intense that the store manager came up with a brilliant solution: he provided umbrellas for customers to use while he and another associate loaded our cars. Although I don't live anywhere near this Kroger, I'm more than willing to make the drive just for groceries because it truly reflects the passion he has for his job. I felt it was important to highlight their efforts for a moment.

They closed 25 minutes early. Could've been before I even got there. Saw about 20 people getting turned away. That's YOUR money the store is throwing away, Kroger. Your move.

I always have the worst experience with buying food at this location. I keep getting meat home that’s rancid and bad days before the use by date. Tried using the order pick up and every time it took almost 45 minutes for them to bring out my order, and when I got home half the produce they gave me was molded already. It’s disgusting
