Always out of something, a price is wrong every other visit and customer service line always too long to be worth the wait for refund, baggers don’t know how to bag properly…could go on and on.
Now they have a hip hop party outside of the store all the time. Have to endure blaring music going in or coming out. Feels really ghetto.
They also allow sponsored solicitation of customers. Spectrum used to always be in there on the way to checkout harassing customers, but people went a different way to avoid them. Now they’re randomly in the store. I got bombarded coming around a corner with questions from them. I said I wasn’t interested, to which he asked what service I had. I said I’m in a hurry to make dinner, and he asked how much I’m paying. I was walking away this whole time, and he just kept up the harassment. Super irritating to happen while trying to grocery shop.
For a Kroger, it’s the best around, though…unfortunately

50 people on line. Only 1 cashier open. I hope this is the Kroger they plan to close.

They r OK they could be better. They need to work on askin their customers if they need help when they see someone or if a customer asks an employer a question they need to stop n help instead of walkin off like they don't hear them talkin to them for help. They also need to get ppl in there that's not rude to their customers.

I’m unsure what’s going on at this Kroger. My boyfriend and I have been shopping here for years. Sometimes we’re there multiple times a week. It’s had its ups and downs but the issues always seemed to rectify themselves. Today we chose to walk out and shop at Publix instead. A few weeks ago when looking at the cheeses we saw multiple growing mold. We have to check dates on everything as on many occasions items are expired (this goes for almost every department in the store). Today all I needed was a bell pepper. Of course there are always some veggies close to going bad wherever you are but this was a bit much. Rotting bell peppers in the non organic and organic section. I didn’t pick up every single one of them to check because I shouldn’t have to. Majority of them were wrinkling alongside the one that had started to cave in due to rot. I also noticed a bag of apples with a rotted apple inside that had collapsed. The bag was full of fruit flies. I don’t know if it’s management, lack of employees, or lack of labor hours but this Kroger needs help. I want to continue to shop here but if I cannot buy what I need in one stop I’m not going to continue to waste my time. I hope this can be rectified.

Debra at customer service needs an attitude adjustment. She will ignore you while you're standing there and say what is it. Instead of being helpful she just tosses everything on the counter at you. I also heard a comment from her saying she needs to make sure she checks the item I returned to see if there's anything missing, it was a nutri bullet. Kroger has went to garbage and you have hired all these lazy people who have attitudes. I may have been treated differently if I wasn't white, this is sickening behavior and it's disgusting to even walk in this store anymore. Produce is garbage, no help, employees dancing, even walked by security and she's standing at the door dancing. Don't believe me 4:40pm on Monday 6/15/25 look at the cameras. Hire ppl that actually want their job and not ones that want a paycheck without actually working and it may not be a crap hole.

Consistently charges a different price than what’s advertised in the aisle. Need to take a photo of everything you buy in order to get the right price…
Also holds up all the lines since someone needs to come over and correct each item

Don’t waste anytime shopping at this location. It’s literally the worst place to shop even if it’s last minute. The shelves are hardly ever stocked up. The bathrooms are never clean. The grocery that you do come in to shop for you have to return them because they are no good. It’s like they have them sitting out throughout the day. They are always short staff. The lines are always long even self checkout. The entire store always looks dirty. It’s a hazard to shop here. It’s a leak nearly on every aisle. This location should be shutdown.

I don’t know what in the world is going on with the staff here, but they closed early and turned us away 10 minutes before the listed hours. The line always takes forever… never enough people working checkout and the self check out is backed up. Then tonight we went, 9pm on a Sunday, and the line was easily 40 people waiting to check out, NOT EXAGGERATING! The employees were so frustrated. People were turning around to leave as soon as they walked in and saw. Literal foolishness, we were laughing in the parking lot about it because it was so ridiculous. Go to Publix instead!

Horrible customer service. Something was in the wrong spot and associate said “I’m so sorry” instead of doing a price adjustment. I work in customer service, and that is just not how you handle that situation. I went and spent my money somewhere else, and ended up paying for, which was worth it for good customer service. 0/10

This is an old, gross, dirty Kroger. The produce is always limp. The customer service is nonexistent. It feels like corporate Kroger forgot about the location and is letting it die on the vein.

The store has some problems right now. I've always liked going to this Kroger, but the last couple of times have been pretty disappointing. It was not very clean. The fruit didn't look fresh. The displays didn't look organized. I'm a guy and not very picky on cleanliness, so this was quite noticeable. The prices didn't match the advertised price at checkout. I don't know what's happened?

Tired of coming here and buying expired food. Purchased a box of vanilla wafers that had been expired for 3 months and was still on the shelves. This seems to be an ongoing issue with Kroger and it’s becoming quite ridiculous. I’m sure that’s someone’s job to ensure there aren’t expired food items on the shelves and it’s quite obvious that job is not being done, at all.
