Kroger, a popular grocery store in the neighborhood, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers praise the store's impressive organization, fresh produce, extensive selection, and helpful staff, others have expressed frustration with the lack of a tip option for the in-store Starbucks. The store is described as well-maintained and recently remodeled, a significant upgrade from its previous state. Customers appreciate the store's cleanliness, including the spotless deli and impressive seafood department. The manager, Alisa, is praised for being a great team player. One customer, who typically dislikes shopping, was pleasantly surprised by their experience at Kroger, spending nearly two hours exploring the aisles and admiring the store's offerings. They were particularly impressed by the wide variety of spices available. Despite the overall positive feedback, one customer had a negative experience at a different Kroger location, describing it as a "damp basement" and vowing never to return. Overall, Kroger appears to be a well-liked grocery store in the community, offering a pleasant shopping experience with a wide selection of products and helpful staff.
Nearly every time I'm in here, someone has a clearly-not-a-service-animal dog in their arms or cart. None of the employees really seem to care that it's a huge health code violation.

Wow! This Kroger is HUGE and has an amazing seafood/meat department. I drive 20 mins to get items here that my local Brookhaven Kroger doesn't have! Kind staff, too! :)

Richard helped me a lot whenever I looked lost or concerned. He was attentive and incredibly knowledgeable! I would have been in there a lot longer without his presence!
