Pros: nobody has been murdered here in years! The staff is reasonably polite (only when they’re not busy, otherwise bets are off)
Cons: the produce is awful; half the perishable items are at/beyond expiration;‘specialty’ items always seem to be out of stock, so good luck buying such exotic items as chili beans, non-dairy coffee creamer, and blackberries (in season)
Note to self: Kroger pickup is even worse than in store! Nothing is in stock and they won’t finish picking the order until after the pickup window closes 😂

I'm here at the grocery pick up now. Brian the manager has a very nasty attitude. I noticed it when he was addressing a young lady he's working with who was trying to tell him something was missing from my order. After he asked me to get a cart for them to put my groceries in he told me with a attitude and a dismissive hand gesture to wait at the top and they would bring it to me as he stared at me in a weird way.. I told him he could at least say it with a smile and he needed to lose his attitude !
He has very prejudice energy Kroger's!

Their parking is a nightmare, as you’re competing with people who park and go to the beltline. They have the longest wait times for prescriptions thru their pharmacy, and they never have a selection of veggies. Ah, I miss the old Murder Kroger because at least you knew what you were walking into!

Neo murder kroger is pretty solid with good parking and very convenient as it's on the beltline. Reasonable selection but not quite as much as some larger krogers. The only slight negative is weak AC from time to time which is weird for a grocery store

My white friend and I (I am Asian) both walked out the store with groceries in our hands and the lady works there came over and only questioned me for stealing a bag of apple chips. Luckily, I had receipt in my pocket. It’s a very sad experience

Stopped by to grab lettuce… simple right? Almost every bag, whole lettuce - iceberg, romaine, etc was brown and disgusting. I would say 90% of all lettuce and greens in the store were brown and rotting. Terrible! Avoid at all costs.

I used to order sandwiches here, as its close to work and a nice walk on the beltline in the afternoon. My experience was bad enough that I complained about the giant eye lash girl working at the counter. She was extremely rude to me, but what's even more amusing is listening to her still be rude to customers, and still have a job. I complained, Kroger did nothing.

I am bit biased on this review because this was the first place I ever worked at after immigrating to the US. I used to late evening shifts. Its amazing to see the transformation after almost 23 years! For a minute, I thought this was whole foods!
Its very well organized, good quality produce and prepared meals, empanadas!

Don’t go to this grocery store expecting to pay with cash with any of the registers that have cashiers because none of them have cash boxes, why are you even open! You don’t even get good service here!
