Rakeeshaa who was working near self checkout laughed at me when I asked if customer service was opened and was so rude to me and belittled me for no reason. All I did was asking because I needed to deposit cash and she and her friend working up from at 6:30pm Saturday Jan 31st thought thays something to laugh at. Please remove her from this store. Unprofessional and rude. The lady working normal check out told me to go back to customer service to get a gift card filled and she was rude to me again when I asked how to fill a gift card

I have been trying to get my money order done since last two days. Kroger processes money orders from 8am to 8pm as per the website. Yesterday I was told to come today. Today I came with my passport and they said they only accept driving liscense. I went home to get driving license. Then the lady looked at me and with anger said she will not process it because the first time I came I didn’t have my driving license. I told her why and she said that’s the policy and to come tomorrow. She said that is Krogers policy. I left my work and a meeting. I needed money order urgently as I am moving to a new apartment and it had to be done today. I wonder if it was because of my skin colour as I am brown!!! The lady was wearing an orange shirt. She claimed to be the manager but I doubt. I am highly disappointed in Kroger.

The staff is beyond rude, lazy and apathetic.
It is such a shame that this is what it's come to in Atlanta.
I miss the old days when our neighborhoods weren't infested with trash, both literally and figuratively speaking. Absolutely disgusting

I already left a review but updating to say if I could leave 100 one star reviews I would. This Kroger has gotten worse since my last visit. Will not visit this Kroger ever again. Instead of closing all the restaurants and Publix around the city….they need to DESTROY kroger
Easily one of the worse Krogers. Stuff stays out of stock despite having less inventory than other locations. You will never be able to make this your one stop shop. Also the employees are incredibly unhelpful. They don’t know where anything is or how to find stock. You can ask four employees where something is and all four will give you an incorrect answer then have the nerve to be upset you asked! Trudy from self checkout is the sweetest and the only reason I continue to return.

Confusing shelf labels, had to have the lady at checkout take back 2 bags of apples clearly touted 2 for 1. I would have had no problem buying them at full price had they been properly labeled. Oh, the aisle signs are largely obscured by top of endcap ad billboards. You simply couldn't look across the store to see what was in the aisles. Irritating place. None of this was the fault of the people working there. They were all very nice and answered my questions about where things were.

2-3 times a week you will struggle just to get a sandwich made. If you work in the area don't bother trying to stop by for lunch they will tell you to come back as if that's a thing

I love the Kroger brand it saves you money and is consistent quality.kroger brands are excellent .. Amazon Fresh has better prices....but some things have to be brand name so off to PublixI go for BOGO...Ponce Kroger is so close to home so convenient.. I love it! Will go here over Publix on Piedmont if I feel like it anyway because Kroger has better prices overall! The staff is so nice mostly, I mean you see a little ..rudeness...
They never have a cashier going. They want you to run the self-check out and if you have a lot of groceries they want you to do it on that conveyor belt
.. they have to train the customer on how to use the conveyor belt.. usually the employees are nice but this particular employee was ridiculously rude and made it a point not to even help me bag my groceries. And make sure you get all your items because I've had to go back twice to the store because they didn't bag everything sometimes you're food rolls behind the 99 cent plastic bag displays and sit there they don't look back there you have to look for them.... whatever!

Store management is exceptionally callous and indifferent.
One manager would park their car at the charging station all day. How low-rent is that person? At least move the thing when it is charged.
Their shopping cart escalator has been closed permanently -- store management couldn't figure out how to use the one installed. So, now you have to carry your groceries down the stairs, or wait for an elevator.
As is noted in several other reviews, price signage is frequently misleading. But management doesn't care.

Absolutely painful to shop in here, with the plus of a very insulting staff....i get you don’t care one bit but i sure hope they will sell this location to someone that actually know what they’re doing...looks like a circus right now, fire everyone and start over, if you are so miserable at your job you can go ahead and change it, just dont make everyone else miserable just like you.
