I've been a fan of L K Bennett for several years now. In the past I've only bought their iconic kitten and high heels for work. The brand of course was made famous by Kate Middleton who wears their clothes and shoes regularly. I would describe their clothes and shoes as demur and lady like. It's a couple of step up from Ann Taylor and not androgynous like J Crew. The fabrics and the designs are soft and feminine. It's not the kind of clothes that I would imagine a 25 years old girl who is starting a new job to be wearing. I would say her clothes are designed for those in their 30's and up. What I particularly like about her clothes is that you can wear them everyday and look well put together without having to put a lot of effort into it. Their clothes are cut European sizes which means they're cut more narrow so if you think you'll be between sizes then I would recommend going size up. They do offer alterations as with all "higher quality" clothing stores around here. As for her shoes they are super comfortable. The most famous are the Sledge high heel platform pumps that Kate Middleton wears frequently are surprisingly comfortable for 4" heels and require no break in. As with anything you get what you pay for. L K Bennett's stuff aren't cheap but they're not super expensive. Her shoes are well made and the fabrics that she uses are higher quality than what you would get at say Nordstrom or Macy's. You just have to come by and see for yourself.

Wonderful classic looking ladies apparel. Wonderful and professional service by one young lady. But, the manager needs some training in simple manners. She does not at all reflect the atmosphere one would expect. The store temp was miserably warm. But, the young lady that helped me was exceptional and the alteration service was a pleasant surprise. I will go back.

You can't tell the difference between TSA Agents and the MGT here. Can't speak correct English, doesn't reflect the prestige this brand carries. Treated my wife very poorly and will never recommend this location to my clients/friends that visit ATL. I hope someone does something about Ms. Kim. I am so emberassed I took my friends here

Eva is wonderful. Best personality, inviting and doesn't do a hard sale--- we left with a great pair of snakeskin pumps, practically 50% off.

I am all for the British invading. L.K. Bennett is the modern girl's answer to Ann Taylor. Sorry Ann Taylor. I loved you but I always felt like I was dressing like my mother. Everything here is fitted and what I like to call corporate chic. I guess if something like that existed you would get the provisions here. The clothes are classic and meant to last a lifetime. The accessories and shoes are quality but a little staid in design. A word of advice for all of you just entering the workforce, it's best to do a lower line. It is key to look like you need your job. L.K. Bennett is the place to go after you have upgraded several times from that first job.
