I had really high expectations for this location with it being newer. The only highlight is that it's close to the airport. They charged $200 on my credit card for incidentals even though I had already prepaid. Room had roaches. Roaches in 2023? Not to mention, hot water water does not work in the shower. I'm posting this in hopes that you guys fix these things (easy).

NO!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE...!!! It's a nasty nice type of vibe with the humans & the bedbugs spare you the nice...The people working there could not care less about your experience. They charge you to park($10). The breakfast is extremely offensive. The paper they have you to sign says checkout is at 11am, while thier sign...says 12pm. They WILL charge you! The room is not as the pictures...They are honestly exasperated that you are there. SAVE YOURSELF! Inquiries are frowned upon.I'd sleep in my car if this was the last/only option...Don't even bother with them. The employees hate it here, more than the occupant...They just can't say because this is thier top...Hope this...helps...DON'T BOOK THEM...! THIS HOTEL SHOULD be theE desperate/LAST RESORT... HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS...Rooms: Bed bugsSafety: Whatever happens...has nothing to do with them.Food & drinks: Food is around...Noteworthy details: Staff doesn't understand/comprehend/is offended why you're there.

Not a good place to leave your car while you are traveling!!!! Our family parked 3 vehicles there while we were flying. Cars were broken into. The hotel could care less!!!!! Not very happy. And the rooms were not the

Clean room with the bonus of a very nice Race Trac convenient store in the parking lot. Further your a 3 minute walk to a fun bar, "Spondivits" , a waffle house , McDonald's, Ruby Tuesday's and a restaurant named Malones. The breakfast was not the traditional offerings from the type of hotel but had odd things like heated Ham. I went next door and tried to purchase the delicious breakfast buffet at Drury Inn but they don't sell it so I ate at the convenient waffle house. One other down side was the morning shuttle driver. He asked everyone what airline they were going to. I told him I was going to the airport to rent a car. He warned there would be a short tram ride to the car rental complex and he would take me directly for $10. I declined and unbeknownst to me he punished me by dropping me off at the terminal as far from the rental car tram as possible. After a very long walk I get to car rental tram and and there is the LA Quinta inn north shuttle. People seem meaner in this day and time. being handicapped it seemed extra cruel. Anyway I still easily give this hotel a five for its value, clean rooms and proximity to so many resources.

All I want and expect out of an airport hotel is a clean place to crash and decent customer service. No luxury, don’t care if it’s outdated, that’s it. You get neither here. The room I was given was filthy - soiled toilet, hair everywhere, the sheets obviously unchanged from the last who knows how many guests. Moved rooms but should’ve just gotten a refund and left. The one issue I made sure to verify upon check in was that my late arriving partner was on the reservation and would be able to pick up a key so as to enter the room without needing to wake me. Was assured this was set up, but he was denied a key and when I called to ask why they said no one else was on the reservation. Go to the other hotels in the area for superior experience at the same price point.

We tried to stay the night as we were picking our son up at the airport late at night. When we arrived it seemed okay, as soon as we got in the elevator to go to our room it went down hill. The door of the only functioning elevator did not have a safety switch and we watched two people get smashed by the door. The hotel has multiple signs saying it is no smoking, but the elevator, hallways, and our room had a strong smell of marijuana smoke. The front desk clerk got us moved to another room which didn’t smell so bad, but the sheets had a smoke smell to them. We ended up checking out at 2 am and driving home rather than stay.

The front desk never told us that they will accommodate our party of 3 in a room with disable bathroom. This was a huge mistake. Bathroom was not cleaned or sanitized. Great place, near everything. Common areas perfect. And a good breakfast.

It seems close to the airport but in fact it isn't, the ride to international terminal is quite long. The pictures are misleading, the room has seen better days.Worn off furniture, cheaply repaired cieling that seemed to fall off, muffy smell, sprinkles of wine/blood/ coke? on the bed lamps. Bed is old and itchy. A/C was ok but running constantly. Windows can't be opened and have standard US quality (so basically no quality).TV was ?Wouldn't recommend it. Next time 50 bucks more and Hilton I come.

We were in Atlanta as Vendors for the Southeast Punk Flea Market. Got to the Hotel and we were accommodated right away. The room was very clean, we had a 2 night stay. So had clean sheets etc. next day. Breakfast was offered in the morning and they had a variety put out. And the food was very good. For the price we paid well worth the stay. Also location was perfect for us.

Location is great, very close to restaurants and the airport. The room was not very clean, most of the outlets in the wall didn't work, the A/C was very dirty, the toilet was constantly running and the parking situation was a mess because the parking barrier arm wouldn't work properly. It was always a gamble to try to get out of the parking lot. Staff was not very friendly either.

Chose this hotel because we needed to be close to the airport. Terrible choice. Unfriendly staff from front desk to breakfast staff. It's very run down. The shower was full of mold. I felt dirtier after my shower! The only complimentary bottle of anything was an empty bottle of shampoo. The rug honestly felt disgusting. The chair in the room had something that looked like paint on it, there was also a small hole in a lampshade. The A/C did work, bed was comfortable. The Wifi was good. The breakfast was satisfactory, with some hot options like eggs, waffles, French toast. The coffee was undrinkable, even for my husband who can drink most anything. I asked for sugar packets, as the only sugar option was raw sugar or fake sugar, and the staff person in the kitchen rudely said, "in a minute" and never brought any out.I recommend you pick a different hotel near the airport.

Elevators work half the time. Room didn't have a mini fridge. Ladies working the desk were not friendly or helpful. Rooms were clean. Showers had good pressure. Didn't enjoy getting accosted for money both outside and inside the hotel. Breakfast was good variety and plentiful.

This is a wonderful option when you don't want to spend an a lot of money on a hotel. The front desk are courteous, the rooms are clean, it has a gym, and the breakfast buffet is good. I saw fellow business travelers, as well as families. Think the free breakfast would really appear to guest with children! A note to would be Delta employess coming in from out of town for an interview, it is very close to the Delta headquarters. Also waling distance to several places to eat and/or have a drink.Walkability: There is an Irish pub as well as a Ruby Tuesday within walking distance!

Quite literally the worst place I've EVER stayed. It smells like cigarettes, the price is WAY too much for what you get for (even though it's only $100 - it's still way too much), horrible service, atrocious parking situation THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR. We were assigned a room and we had to go back to the front desk from the sixth floor THREE times because our key wouldn't work and then once the key did work, the handle of the door works maybe 20% of the time. There is not one good thing I can say about this place. Literally so bad. Spend a little extra and go down the street to somewhere better.
