The front desk attendant was rude. I said good morning, he just stared at me with a blank stareIt was 6:15 a.m., and I walked toward the breakfast area to get coffee. Then he said, "No breakfast until 7!" I said, "No coffee?" He said, "No breakfast til 7!" Maybe that's on par for Atlanta?

In all ways, this place felt “good enough.”It was passably clean, but the toilet paper holder in the bathroom kept falling off its mount. Every time we went to breakfast, it was totally wiped out, and we had to ask the front desk if the kitchen staff was going to restock it any time soon.

I did not book this stay and based on the past reviews I was not expecting to be pleased. However it was a great stay. Front staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Housekeeping was kind and came to check in to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

I would give this location a good review but you have to tell grumpy Eric that nobody wants to see his sad depressing no good customer service face in the morning. I woke up happy then was greeted by someone who looked like he doesn’t want to be here. Tell Eric it’s his job to give good customer service he’s not paid to act like a street thug besides you to old for a gangster image

Spectacular place. Nice make your own waffle station, great rooms, but the pools cold, and the hot tub is closed for whatever reason. All in all, you guys still get a 5 star rating. ?

Our room wasn't cleaned even though when we left our room, all the rooms were being cleaned at that time! The beds were sunk in. The location of the wall sockets are not Ideal. The door to the bathroom doesn't close all the way. Only nice thing was it was close to the Braves Stadium.

1st let's start with the night attendant (African American older guy with salt and pepper hair/beard) he was very disengaged so-to-speak. He never smiled, (Can't say it was me because from the moment i walked in i smiled, spoke, etc. Im a very friendly outgoing type so it definitely wasn't me with the TUDE!) He spoke just above a whisper tone as if he wasn't even talking to me, he took FOREVER to print off the papers and give me the room key AFTER I paid. He kept reading something on the computer as if he was doing a background check before handing me the room key! None of the side doors worked with the room keys causing us to park allllll the way in the back and having to walk to the front door! The room itself was very DATED! Nothing in the room was modern. Absolutely nothing! The refrigerator in the room never got our drinks cold even the next day the drinks were room temperature. The tub was nasty looking, never used the shower because i was scared of the tub! The housekeepers literally were knocking on the door directly at 11am. Ok yes everyone understands checkout is 11am but geez can we get a 5 min grace or something! It's a NEVER AGAIN for me! Oh let's not forget how the security guy came to watch us as we kept trying all the side doors with the room key. As if we were homeless ppl trying to break-in. I wish I could insert a picture of us, we're very CLEAN, WELL DRESSED ppl! Not that it matters but my point is, we definitely don't look like ppl who'd try bumming a hotel. Maybe because we're black idk but all them were black as well! But it doesn't surprise me. This is the very reason African Americans are STILL behind!! Facts are facts! NEVER AGAIN.

On the road, we made a reservation 2 hours before we arrived at midnite. We were greeted as though we'd had a reservation for 3 weeks.Helpful staff, clean and comfortable room and a great breakfast. We were back on the road grateful we had found this property. As always they take pets.

Eric is a funny staff member lol tight shirts sometimes make people think they are bigger then they really are. Room smells like must and mildew ( bottom floor ) leaks through out the building. Sitting on the toilette then feel water dripping down my back. Wasn’t going to complain or write a review but then I go to the front and meet Eric the wanna be body builder giving me a stare down and tough guy competition instead of simply saying good morning how can I help you. He should be an actor has a really good tough guy act. Get more joyous employees then maybe people will not pay attention to such defects. A smile for people paying money to stay here is not a hard task you just have to find people that smile, otherwise you’ll keep losing money and people desiring to stay here. Remember every dollar counts, can’t change the building but you can change the staff.“Chinese parable”Walkability: Best thing here was Panera bread across the street.

We would like to give a positive shout out to Tony. He was very welcoming when we arrived. He was helpful at recommending local restaurants. Having freshly made coffee after a long day really hit the spot.Location is excellent for catching a Braves game. We even walked it (only 40 minute walk and no need to fight traffic).Room was spacious, clean and comfortable,.Walkability: Close to good restaurants and Truist Park.

Rooms were nice and large. So if with family plenty of room for them in the room. Bathroom is large and plenty space to be able to move around. The front desk people were pleasant as well. Would stay there againThe weird part tho for the room is the toilets are set to a small kids height. At 6'2 that is a drop to sit on. Plus beware you step out of tub a bit of drop just be careful your 1st time it surprised me. Also a bit disappointed for the breakfast we had sausages no eggs? Strange, also little selection on bread no bagels offered just wheat or plain. But still would stay here it was about a 10 min drive to Braves truist ballpark and a publics is close by as well as Chick-fil-ANearby activities: Truist ballpark for the Braves. Plus also at the Hotel is Panara restaurant

I would have skipped leaving a review had it not been for the abomination of a clerk named Tony. He was on his cell phone the entire time he was checking us in. He has the most miserable thing I have encountered in a long time and definitely does not need to be around other people. I would say something like a night janitor would suit him better. The hotel was mediocre otherwise.
