Me and my friend stayed at this hotel at the first week of January. When we entered the hotel the receptionist rude. I didn’t let that bother me. We paid for our room. She informed us that the first elevator that was close to our room was broken. I didn’t let that bother me. Once in the elevator the elevator was dirty. After we got to our floor the whole hallway was dirty, had trash bags lined up down the hall. The halls smelled of weed carpets were dirty like they haven’t been vacuumed. When we reached our room it was a bag a trash outside the door. I thought to myself did they even clean the room how is it trash next to the door. We entered the room it just felt nasty. I left my belongings at the door sat in the computer chair to whine down from our travels. I just couldn’t shake the feel that something was off in the room. So I started to look around. I observed hair in the bed, pillows were gross and hard. The actual mattress had stains on it. No mattress cover, which can be washed and stop the mattress from staining. I’m sure housekeeping knew the conditions of this mattress it should have been thrown away and replaced. The paint on the walls were chipping and the outlet socket were not covered. I informed my friend I could not stay in these conditions for 6 days. I would not recommend this hotel or any of them ran by Wyndham. I called customer service they were absolutely no help. They basically told me the only people that could help was the front desk. I was trying to avoid the receptions based off the first interaction upon arrival. We got our belongings and went to the front desk to inform them we would not be staying there, we would be requesting a refund. She didn’t even look at the pictures I had taken as if she already knew the facility was dirty or this isn’t the first time this has happened. When I asked for the receptionist for her name (nickname was on name tag) she stated are you reporting me I didn’t do anything. This time her tone was calm and worried. As I mentioned at the beginning she was rude, but we never gave the same energy in return. Once I contacted my agent they informed me that the hotel would still charge me for the first night based off their policy. I requested a full refund it was denied. I have pictures to go along with my review/experience. Once again I would not recommend anyone to stay at this establishment! We booked another hotel within minutes of leaving this one.

The room was extremely dirty, but the front desk staff and manager are very nice. I am upset that the Hispanic room attendant either threw away my large makeup bag or stole it. That’s bad business!The owners definitely need to revisit the animal policy because dog owners left stool in the hallways and the bathroom was in really bad shape. The tub fills up around your ankles while showering due to slow draining. And the room reeks of smoke, mold and mildew. I took the liberty to clean up a little just to be comfortable during the two night stay.Rooms: Room 510 needs TLC.

Words can’t express how I truly felt when I arrived that this hotel. This hotel makes you afraid that other host at hotel will treat you so badly. I arrived to check in the hotel. I booked on November 30 through third party. hoping that if I book early I would have any problems getting in. Planning this weekend for months for my family. When I available the host Maxie was talking to an employee I had to wait for 3 minutes until she got done talking to her. She ask me for my name. I give her. She I don’t see your reservation. I was so confused. I said don’t I booked in advance and paid for. I said Ms it should be through. That when she start to get loudAnd hostel in her voice. I was really surprised confused and hurt. I understand why I was being treated so unfairly when I am just trying to check in. A man comeAnd she rudely told me to move so that he can pay for his room. Once she was doneWith him she ask me for my reservation number. The number that I had doesn’t match with what she was use to her. I began trying to understand what is happening. She was saying in nasty tone rude, loud over eyes and saying that she was about To going back and forth with me. That I’m going to have to pay for it again. My kids are standing right next to me. I wasn’t treating Maxie no type of way.I was just a guest trying to understand what is going on. So I asked to speak to the manager she lied and said that she was. I said if you are the manager should you understand about third party booking.That when she said I’m not doing this with you move to the side so that I can help with men. Move lady this what she told me. The whole time she was acting like she was typing when she wasn’t typing on the computer. I was so unbelievably. When I left I called booking party they confirmed that I had a reservation I was good to go.I tried to push through everything even I was extremely disappointed, hurt, frustrated, and nervous. I went book into the hotel. The lady on the phone talked toMaxie to help me get booked. Something about the number just get this lady nasty. Even the lady on the phone had to tell her to calm down that they are both here to help me. Because you can hear in her voice how nasty she was. The lady on the phone told Maxie try different name. I was so flustered that I can’t remember nor was I asked if it was under different name.That when Maxie said I see it, but it cancel the lady on the phone ask who told you toCancel it. That when the manager Sandra come out the back lying saying the lady on the phone told her. Maxie and Sandra canceled my room and lied a about. I had to work hard to get a full refund but I had to wait 4 -6 week to get the money back. I was so happy to get away from this evil horrible person. I have never been treated this way in my life.So because I had a big weekend planned for my family. I had to booked at holiday inn for my family and I. They was so nice about everything and easy.

DO NOT STAY AT LA QUINTA HOTEL IN SANDY SPRINGS. The staff there will set you up. Visited my daughter for her 18th birthday dinner. My laptop bag was stolen from my room#122. Brand new MacBook Pro 14inch $2000, IpadPro 11inch $1100- work laptop $1700 and AirPod Pro $250. All have been stolen from my room. The front desk claiming that I left my door open, which is not true, cause once you walk away the door slammed by itself. The same guy that checked me into the hotel from the front desk assigned me a room either he or someone he called to go through the bedroom windows to steal stuff. Reported to the police and detective working on it. DO NOT STAY IN LA QUINTA HOTEL IN SANDY SPRINGS, GA..

The front desk gentleman was kind and the woman. So customer service was top notch and I do appreciate them. This is nothing on them. I'm sure this more on a cheaply run hotel similar to a slum lord of apartmentsUnfortunately that's where it stops. The hotel is in shambles. The elevator needs some serious service. They are also disgusting. Hallways are gross and falling about. The light switch in my bathroom was cracked and broken. The carpet in the room was weird. The whole room had an odd smell aaaaaaaand then there was bugs in my bed. (the mattress itself was disgusting too covered in so many colors ?)Coincidence or not that there was a man spraying rooms that day too.I'm thankful for the refund because I would've sat in the lobby and cried for the rest of my stay.

Despite not being able to demand much for the low cost, my stay overall left something to be desired...My room was superficially clean but quite dusty when we looked closer. I couldn't do my laundry because the reception didn't have coins to exchange.Overall, it is a very quiet and pleasant location, easy access to public transport.

DO NOT rent here, they go into your rooms when you’re not there and STEAL YOUR THINGS. DO NOT RENT ANY ROOMS HERE.Please don’t be fooled by the location BIG mistake. These people stole the things I just went and purchased from shops while visiting Atlanta. These are thieves and know when you’re in and out of your rooms. Please be careful… I won’t come on the internet and waste my time writing this if it weren’t true. If you know what’s best for yourself you will stay away from this place. Not good people at all, not a safe space to stay or put your belongings at all. HORRIBLE experience.

I just stayed this past weekend, my first room was never cleaned and there was hair all over the bath tub, when house keeping came up they advised me to just keep asking for a new room, they moved my room to a different floor, when I entered that room had not been cleaned yet by the 3rd room it was clean but the tubs fill up as you shower as if they haven’t been cleaned or drained in year. Manager and front desk were very nice and handled quick but I felt like I didn’t stay in a very clean place! There was no cream for coffee and the snack room was completely empty the 3 days I was there.

When I checked into my room, the sheets on my bed smelled strongly of a prior guests perfume/cologne. They clearly did not clean the sheets ? The headboard was greasy. The bathtub was nasty, dirty and stained. They only had one person working during busy AM checkout hours. Do not recommend!

I left a valuable personal item at the hotel and notified the staff less than 24 hours later. I spoke to three different front desk people about it, each of whom assured me they would get in touch with housekeeping and follow up with me—none of whom ever did so. Apparently there is no system for housekeeping to report lost items or any system of communication between housekeeping and the front desk. One of the front desk clerks I spoke to treated me as if I was hysterically unreasonable when I called to ask if there were any updates—8 hours after I was originally told to wait 1 hour for them to contact housekeeping. I filed a formal complaint with Wyndham and nothing happened. My device has been wiped from all my accounts and I assume the cleaning person stole it. Class act, Wyndham.The room smelled like wet carpet. There was residue on the desk. There were deep holes in the shower lining where the caulking had flaked away. The comforter is as thin as a sheet.

Great location but wasn't exactly a good impression checking-in. Reception had given me a room number that didn't exist so I was running around for 20 minutes trying to figure out where a non-existent room was and asking him two times before realizing his mistake.The room itself looks okay but the bathroom looks concerning. Mold in the corner, the tub itself is very worn, and I found two used washcloths hanging from the shower curtain from the last guest.This morning at breakfast, the toaster wasn't working, condiments and utensils were barely stocked and you could hear arcing in the microwave when it was being used.Not keen on coming back here.

It's in a very good neighborhood and the room was nice. I found a piece of chocolate on the floor, though! Breakfast ends at 9am and at 8:30 there was no more bread, no yogurt, no butter nor cream cheese. The excuse was: "a shipping problem". A hotel to spend just a couple of nights and that's good enough.

Location: If you want peace and quiet, this hotel is located in a very quiet part of North Atlanta in the Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area. Isolated away from the inner city, this hotel will give you the tranquility you’re seeking.Customer Service: I arrived at 8:30 am and check in wasn’t until 3pm. However, the customer service manager was able to get me in a room around 9:15/9:30 or so and still invited me to have breakfast while I waited. Every time I went downstairs, the agents were always attentive and friendly with me, love them!Rooms: A bit outdated felt dusty and had a very old stinch to it. The cable was awful. It rained a bit while I was there and every time it rained, the cable would stall and the television would turn off on its own within 10 min of stalling. The bathroom was beautiful, however, the drainage in the sink would slowly back up… hotel needs to get some Draino! That’ll fix it! The outlets throughout the room was iffy, some worked and some didn’t hold the device’s power in the socket. All in all, the rooms just need a bit of cosmetic work and it’ll be a 5 star for sure!

It seemed like a clean and tidy room but no, the sheets were dirty, there was long hair on my bed, the refrigerator didn't work, it smelled bad, and the bathroom faucet was broken. very disappointing indeed. If you want to stay at this hotel, check the room first. The receptionist was very kind to give me a new one that was clean.
