These people are SCAMS AND CROOKS! Let me just warn you that the total cost to get your pictures is going to be around $1300! But the worst part is, they allowed my 17 year old daughter to create a payment arrangement in my name, without me present and let someone else sign for it!!! I was not present and had no knowledge that this account had been set up in my name until my daughter could not keep up with the payments and I was contacted by a creditor for past due payment!!! I provided evidence to them that I had not authorized the charge and they would not rectify the issue. They had some little boy named Stephon handle my call who clearly does not understand how life works. He claimed that since I had said her father was going to pay for the pictures that I "authorized" him to pay for them, and therefore it was okay for her to make the account in my name (head scrather right...). I do plan to file a lawsuit. I don't play about my credit!!!

Minus the 10 minute wait in the front to be checked in or greeted the session was pretty enjoyable. My son loved it and his Senior pictures came out great. the photographers were chill smiling and made the session one to remember. Thanks Cady!

My main problem was getting to the part where I can view my sons pictures. I was given an appointment the minute the picture sessions were over for 2 weeks out per the staff. 2 days prior to my viewing I got an email, text and phone call confirming my appointment for Saturday at 9am. Mind you I took that day off from work unpaid and live 45 minutes from this place. I get there 15 minutes per the instructions on my email, text and the phone call. Then the staff tells me my pictures are not ready and to come back another day. They were supposed to have a manager contact me , that never happened. I reached out to customer service they dont attend the phones. DO NO come here. they are a scam.

I had very high expectations for this place but I'm extremely disappointed! The actual photography session for my daughter, who's a senior in HS was not that bad, but the photographers seem to lack experience. My daughter's photographer was very dry, and acted as if my daughter does photo shoots everyday...this was new for her so a little direction with the poses would have been great. They will send you a portfolio of pictures from the photo shoot, but out of the 8 slots on the portfolio, each picture is duplicated with a black and white photo so your really only getting 4 pictures. Then they have the nerve to charge you $200 if you don't return it or you can go to the website and pay $150 for it or get it for "free" if you spend over $399. They should be ashamed of themselves and that portfolio should be $50 at best. The quality of the pictures are very underwhelming because of the lighting is horrible. The lighting looked great while we were there but most of my daughter's pictures are extremely dim and they made her look darker (she is dark skinned). Then there were multiple poses that she did that were not included when we went online to view them. I called and the customer service rep told me she was able to view the photos I was talking about and was unsure why they didn't include them. She said she'd relay the information to whomever was in charge of it so they could be added. The pictures were added but I'm not sure which ones because all I see is 3 additional spaces that are blank. Terrible company! For the cost of their photos they need to do much better! I also need to add how they tell you that your school wants them to hold the cap and gown photos until spring time but that's BS and I'm sure it's just another scheme for you to have to purchase another high priced package!

Cady has overpriced and not great quality of pictures. They don't give you the option to pick up pictures in the location pictures are taken, yet they want to charge you to ship them to you. They are the only company the local schools use for school/graduation pics so they feel like customers opinions or concerns are not worthy to be addressed.

This location - perhaps on this day - was a bad place to be. The appointment time was not kept. And the expectation of a 45-minute session turned into almost two hours. I was told that they were working on elite package portraits and that someone will come along. If not for the binding decision from the school, I would be within a mile radius of this place. When I attempted to call the location, because this location is not easy to locate - the phones went unattended. Can I give it a negative one perhaps?
