I wish I had gotten the name of the second person who was working there today, because both she and Kym are "fabulous phlebotomists" :) I read reviews of other locations closer to my home, and opted to drive the extra 30 min - so glad I did!!!!

I'm seconding all the reviews here that are praising Kym - she was an absolute angel! I went to her today after my PCP had failed to find a vein 3 times during my appointment. but Kym saved the day. She had finished drawing my blood before I even realized the needle was in! I will most definitely be going back to her for future bloodwork!

Took my babygirl here to get blood drawn for her doctor. It was her first time and of course she was terrified. Kim and Tara (sorry if I misspelled) were amazing!!!! They were so patient and caring for my baby girl. They took the time to explain every detail. Thank you ladies for your hard work. I appreciate you more than you know.

Kym was great during my girlfriend’s lab work. She’s terrified of needles and Kym was able to take her labs with no problem. Highly recommend for people anxious when it comes to getting labs done

I read the reviews and drove 30 minutes to this location, even though I have multiple LabCprp locations nearby. I was quickly greeted by Kym, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. She offered excellent service and the whole experience was fantastic!

Kym was subbing at the Riverdale location today. Their system was down and I was getting the run around but Kym made everything extremely easy and enjoyable. She was running the front desk AND drawing blood. She is kind, caring, efficient, & goes above & beyond!

Kym was absolutely wonderful during my lab draw. I did not have an appointment and walked in with my order form — she saw me immediately! From start to finish, she was kind, personable, and incredibly skilled! Would recommend coming to this location and trusting Kym to draw your labs.

Angry people should not be placed in health care. Even for drawing blood. I hope labcorp and waalgreens management sees this comment and addresses the issue. I do not recommend this location. Better go to another location.

Wow, serious Rude Attitude with the person drawing blood. This person should not be working in a customer service capacity. What a way to ruin your day, with such rudeness. Electronic Check-in is efficient, but the screen does not display how long the wait time is, so you have no idea how long you will be waiting. The person drawing blood is behind closed door, so you can’t ask if the wait is 10 minutes or 2 hours.
