I have always liked this labcorp. Sometimes it’s busy however the staff are very friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had a bad experience at this location (I have been at least 6x). The phlebotomists do a good job and respect me if I feel faint.

This place is a bad joke. Having booked a 7.15 am appointment for a drug screen for employment, on arrival I was told the drug screens didn’t start until 7.30am and that I should know this because there is a sign on the door. There was no sign on the door. Also the website didn’t say no screening until 7.30am and let me book the 7.15am appointment. Anyway, a very rude receptionist made sure to make me feel like this was all my fault and seemed totally unsuited for the role with regards
to customer service and basic manners. Now sitting here at 7.55am and still no drug screen test? Avoid at all costs.

I should have listened to the reviews!!!
The first time I went, I did not have my lab order. I explained to the woman that I didn't know my registration number and she said, "well that's your job to know how to do it." I explained that my doctor had sent it over and she said, "I don't have time to look that up!" There were only 2 other people in the office that had been there and had already helped.
Unfortunately, I had to go back to the same location because I needed to do this close to my work. The office states next to the door that it opens at 7. Google also confirms these hours. I showed up at 7:04 and the door was locked. A woman did not show up for her shift until 7:32. There was zero sense of urgency with 4 people including myself waiting for 30 minutes. The phlebotomist was kind, but did a terrible job. I have MASSIVE veins that don't even require a tourniquet to see. She absolutely massacred my arm compared to any blood draw I've ever had. It felt like she didn't pull the needle out the way it went in.

I was hesitant for my visit because of all the negative reviews on here. Had an appointment ordered by my doctor early morning. Was in and out in 15-20 minutes. Super efficient, clean, and friendly. Felt welcome! The results also came back super quick. Overall good experience and will come back in the future.
Only negative was the parking/drop-off situation. Officers screamed at my partner as he was dropping me off to hurry up. Would have appreciated a bit more compassion given that it was our first time visiting.

A very pleasant and efficient experience. I was in an out in less than 15 minutes. The front desk person was nice and helpful. The phlebotomist, Eureka, was outstanding. 4 tubes of blood easily drawn when my MD's office was incompetent at doing the same.

Overall better experience than I expected after checking rating on Google maps. It was quite crowded during my visit and figuring out how to register for the service I came for was not easy. Wait time was about and hour. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Lies about their hours. I showed up well before their listed closing time, and the door is shut and locked. Can hear staff chatting, but nobody is answering door knocks or phone ring.
It's not hard - post the hours you want patients to show up between. That's it.
Edit: 2 years later, it's the same situation. Clearly the Incompetent staff haven't been fired yet. But we can hope.

Shakira, the phlebotomist, is a complete mess. I am puzzled by how someone so rude, mannerless, and unprofessional can be employed in the healthcare field. I simply can't comprehend. Corporate or Labcorp should take action regarding this woman. It's truly unfortunate how that lady will ruin your experience at such nice facility. Extremely sorrowful indeed.

Been here twice and the phlebotomist was VERY rude both times. She doesn’t wear a name tag but she has long hair hoop earrings and thin glasses. The second time coming, which prompted this review, nobody opened the doors until 20 minutes after the posted opening time. I asked if it happens a lot because the phlebotomist that arrived “didn’t have the key” she said no, do you come here a lot? “Second time” I replied. She said “And did it happen last time” “No.” “exactly”. A lotta disrespect in the tone for no reason. She then opened the door so perhaps it was her fault and she was deflecting.

I called the 3 days before my appointment 5 times, left 2 messages to make sure my test was good to go, and got no response. I spent $65 in Ubers to get there, and the woman at the front desk said she couldn’t find my doctor’s order. I said I had called and left voicemails to check on it before my appointment, and she said they’re too swamped and rarely get around to answering the phone or voicemail. She then proceeded to make a personal call on speakerphone for 5 minutes. They had a total of one other person actually go back for a test the entire hour I was there. When I got my doctor on the phone to clear it up, the lady at the front desk was unwilling to speak to him.

Got there at 7am for a drug screening and was told “the lady who perform the drug screenings arrive to work whenever she wants, we never call her to get an ETA because she is the boss” and the staff had no idea when she would arrive. I had to wait and wait and she never arrived before I had to leave at 7:45am to go to work. Labcorp opens and start exams at 7am NOT when you feel like arriving!! How rude and disrespectful to have people come to an appointment on time and the staff don’t even bother to show up. Front desk employees are very rude, lazy, and nonchalant. If you can find another location, please do!

Had a drug screening and fingerprinting appointment at 7am this morning. I arrived at 6:58am, the door was unlocked for me to enter and the receptionist at the time said "what the hell" as I was walking in... (i figured she was just startled because she thought the door was locked when she asked me "is that door unlocked). At the time I asked her did she need me to step out and she replied " yes, we're not open yet, give me a couple minutes". I stood in the hallway and walked back in at 7:02am. The receptionist had the look on her face as if "why are you back?" So I said to her, "it's 7:02am, do you need me to step back out and her reply was " you might as well sit down now, but like I said, I'm not even set up nor did I open the door yet" so again I asked "i don't mine stepping back out if need be but I came back in because the hours of operation is 7am-4pm and I was told to give you a couple minutes" I took a seat as she told me. As I was sitting there she starts indirecting talking "i said I'm not even ready" so again, I asked her did she need me to step out, she said "I'm not talking to you" and I replied " but you're talking about me being in here". So she replied "I'm the only one here and not set up yet and you're in here after I said we're not open" I replied " i apologize I came on time and it's not my fault you're not ready, I'm here on time for my appointment" and then I asked for her manager and she said "she's not here" and I said " ok, I need to speak to someone because this attitude is unacceptable".. she replies with " you're not going to yell at me" (i wasn't yelling at her but I started to get upset) but she also said "I'm the one who has to do your drug test".. At that point I felt that regardless of anything, my drug screening would be tampered with. I kindly picked up my phone to contact the background company that set up the appointment to reschedule or send me to another location and she said " i don't care, do you what you have to do" while I was on the phone and I ended up leaving because she was just too nasty and I saw it going left. I would avoid going to this location if need be. Seems like they have a recurring issue with customer service and it's unacceptable when innocent people are coming to do what they need to do. I've contacted Cousins Management to advise and reached out to lapcorb corporate.

Literally the worst labtechs I've ever been to. Checked in at 1:30 for just a simple blood draw and sat for an hour while people who checked in also for blood drawings went ahead of me and my wife. When after the 4th person got ahead of us I had to confront them for them to only acknowledge they weren't actually checking the schedule for blood drawing and finally got back on track to see us. Literally the worst. Avoid this location, and all the low rated Labcorps if you can.
