DO NOT GO TO this labcorp location. Front desk staff are rude. They did not complete my testing after drop off. They said information wasn't filled out correctly in which ALL information was provided. I also, asked, "Do you have everything you need?" Had to retest, which delayed testing, and medical results.

I've been going to this Labcorp pretty consistently. The staff is great and friendly. The trick is to get there early in the day before they're full. I would highly recommend this location.

Simple and easy! I handed my paperwork over at the front desk to which they double checked that the tests listed on the form matched the tests they had listed to preform in their system. Denise who assisted me was efficient, kind, and informative. 11/10 stars!

The rudest staff ever. Don’t come here with elderly parents or grandparents. I will
Pick another location in the future.

After an unpleasant situation with a different location, Chris was amazing. Helped me at the check in machine, got me back in about 15 minutes all while being extremely pleasant. Thanks Chris

Went here September 9th with two simple paper orders. I confirmed with a lab tech or medical assistant that they were drawing the correct 2 orders (gi panel & CMV). Without checking the paper orders, he said yes. The labs for the CMV have yet to be found. The 800 number says they were not drawn. So they were either drawn and lost.. or the tech/front office staff dropped the ball. No one at the facility picks up the phone. The email helpdesk is no help. Guess who’s going to have to waste their time…and have labs drawn again? Definitely reporting this to CLIA and any other accrediting bodies LabCorp is affiliated with. Noticing a mistake and letting a patient know is fine. But me having to chase down information for a month, shows that there is a process flaw.
[Update]
Office manager responded to my complaint. Him and the staff today got me in and out. Still unacceptable to not have proper checks and balances in place so issues like this are caught.

The wait on a Tuesday at 11 was 40 minutes. Staff is great. The technician said it helps that the manager Lorenzo helps with the work. She also said it’s hard to predict when it’ll be busy. Turn left and then left out of the elevator to the third floor. They need more chairs and a table to put down your things while you check in.

I read the reviews and wasn’t sure if I wanted to use this spot. But I had a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and I was in and out in ~15 mins. Would recommend.

The parking was fine because there is a parking lot (you will have to pay for it) to find the building wasn't Self-explanatory, I had to ask around, ended up at a different/wrong building. FYI building number is 975 and it is on the 3rd floor. They open up at 8 am and there were already nine people in the waiting room (got here at 8:15 it is now 8:39) fun fact you will need to self-sign in, totally missed that haha. No one will be at the window to tell you that or answer a question for you, there were two people in the back. The room is small, so I’ll advise you not to bring more than one person with you if you have to, due to limited seating. With the wait, hopefully, you are not in a rush because you will have to wait, even though they have a sign that says, “Checked in and waiting for more than 30 minutes? Please come to the window”, well 30 minutes have come and gone if you get there at 8 am. It is now 8:50 am and someone is now at the window to assist, I guess the first hour you just know to wait. It seems like there is only one person doing the testing, one person at the window to assist, and one person just sitting behind the window looking at others. This is not me venting it is just my experience as I am waiting. I guess coming here early doesn't mean much because people who have an appointment will get pushed to the front of the line. So I guess make an appointment because I've been here waiting and others just walked in stating they have an appointment and they have already been seen while I still wait, but they do take walk-ins you will just have to wait a moment, it is now 9:13, and I just got seen. NEWS FLASH!! the person who I thought was just the receptionist ended up being the receptionist, the person that takes your blood, urine sample, and everything else they were nice and apologetic. I don't know what the other two people do since it seems like he was handling multiple things. Props to that person. But I am finally free, it is now 9:25 am. Overall it was an okay experience nothing too major. I'll go back, but only in the early morning. Also, their sink in the bathroom was broken so you will have to wash your hands in another room.

Went in for a preemployment drug screen at the 975 Johnson Rd location in Sandy Springs GA. The instructions were to call before heading to the drug site, which I did several times but never could get a live person on the phone. The voicemail says their business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closed from 1:00 to 2:00 for lunch. So I arrived at 3:55pm only to have a RUDE and condescending short African-American nurse or lab tech with a brownish blonde wig/weave to say I would not be able to register for a drug screen because they stopped doing them at 4:00 p.m. when I told her the voicemail failed to mention that but stated they close at 5:00 p.m. she very rudely interjected in such a curt tone while rolling her eyes "we stop drug screens at 4pm!". When I said it would be nice if that voicemail information would be accurately updated before people drive over here and pay for parking, she mumbled something under her breath. I honestly don't know why some of these people are allowed to be unleashed upon the public. LabCorp please enroll this person in a customer service class and a people skills class... Quick, fast, and in a hurry.

Checkin process was simple and quick... there was an issue with my paperwork, instead of denise telling me to get things handled with my doctor, she took it upon herself to call the office and get what was needed. Their office is clean and Denise is very pleasant and professional.
