we drove down to georgia for a couple days and broke down in atlanta soon as we got there. called around to places near to see who could fix our vehicle in the time slot we had before we had to drive back home and nobody could help until we called Lackleys!! they towed and fixed our vehicle in time for us to make the drive back to MD thankfully! if you need any towing service or vehicle fixing lackleys is the place to go!!

Guy on the phone was friendly and helpful. However, I got quoted $150 for the tow. The guy who showed up was from another company and charged me $225.

Absolutely the best! I had to get my shuttle bus towed and Charles came to the rescue. He got it done quickly and efficiently. Customer service was on point! He ended up towing the bus to a second location because the first shop was closed. Patient, kind, helpful, and a master of towing. Thanks, Charles, for doing such an awesome job. Lackley’s is the one to call! Big or small, they tow it all!

Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I tried to call and get a simple ETA and was yelled at over talked and hung up on. Very rude. Me being a female has nothing to do with the lack of respect I received, I was barely able to get a word out because the owner kept rudely interrupting me.

Punctual as Heck! Actually 10min earlier than the 1hour requested ticket time to pick up the car. He was also polite n courteous as well... I'll recommend them Rt now for sho/sure!
