NO.NOT EVEN A STAR IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR.I WENT IN FOR AN EXCHANGE FOR MY HUSBAND AND THE ASSOCIATES WERE NOT ONLY RUDE BUT WAS CONDESCENDING TO US.JENNIFER THE MANAGER CAME UP TO US WHEN MY HUSBAND WAS CHECKING SHIRT, SHE SAID SHE WAS MESSING THE SAMPLES WHICH HE WAS LOOKING. DIDNT LET US PICK OUR COLOR AND SO WE WERE FORCED TO RUSH WHEN THERE WAS NO CUSTOMER.AND WHEN ASKED WHY WE HAD TO CHOOSE ABRUPTLY SHE SAID SHE CAN GET OUR SIZE BUT WHEN WE WERE NOT READY!AND THEN MY HUSBAND SAID HE WOULD NEVER CONE TO THE STORE AND JENNIFER SAID HE CAN TAKE HIS PRODUCTS AND LEAVE THE STORE.WHICH WAS UNEXPECTED BCOS WE WERE NOT YET DONE WITH CHECKING OUT.
THIS HAS TO BE SEEN BY THE COMPANY HEAD OFFICE, SO THEY KNOW THE KIND OF PEOPLE RUNNING A TOP BRAND STORE. ANS YES, WE WOULD NEVER VISIT YOUR STORE AGAIN.

Id like to say that originally i wanted to give this store ZERO stars. I came in today, Thursday and was rudely greeted by 2 women who didn’t even look up off their phones. Zee and Jazmine. I asked for the associate Derrick, because i have previously shopped with him before. Zee and jasmine took it upon themselves to talk trash about me the entire time i was shopping as if i couldn’t hear them. Talking trash about customers is very unprofessional. And it made me uncomfortable to not ever want to shop here again. However Derrick was very professional. He answered all my questions and had good sizing knowledge. He was suppose to be off soon after my arrival but he still stayed to help me out. Derrick is the one reason this store is getting 4 stars out of me.

Poor customer service. First all the assistants are on their phones. Then the rudeness when you dare ask for an information. Stay away. Buy online.

Nice store the only downside about it is I asked to exchange one of my boxes because the boxes look like it had been handled so I asked to exchange for another box and I did not check the box nor did the gentleman that was helping me which was a bomber however nice place

Athena and staff provided me with exceptional service! They truly make me feel like family everytime I shop at the #318 store location.If my sizes are not available in-store they provide me free 2-day shipping with absolutely no hassle!I cannot thank Athena and her team enough for their time and genuine efforts.
