I have been getting manicures here for the last few years and always receive great service. Helen is INCREDIBLE with gel and sns manicures. I am so grateful for her care and attention to detail! I'm sure she's great at all the other services, but those are the ones I get from her regularly!! Thank you Helen!

fantastic service, came in about an hour before closing as a walk in and the wait time was not long at all. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The attention to detail and customer service is unmatched! best nail salon experience i’ve ever had!!

Stylist: My stylist didn't share her name but she wears hexagonal glasses and has two sons. She was so sweet and attentive. She shaped my nails well and my SNS manicure looks amazing. She was efficient, quick, yet gentle with my cuticles. And I really enjoyed talking with her. I had so much fun!

I’ve been coming to this place for a little while. I had SNS manicure and within days my nails were chipped and cracked. I went to get them fixed today and they made it worse. The nail tech lady was rushing and my nails looked so thick and deformed.

I enjoyed my first visit to Lacquer nail bar. Love that it is on the beltline. I felt welcome and the service was great. I had the VIP pedicure, which included an amazing foot and leg massage from Wendy.

This place is always clean and bright. The nail techs are all thorough and do a great job. I usually bring my own polish so I can do touch ups in between pedis, but I almost never need to do them. I started going here because I lived across the Beltline but I still go now that I've moved farther away because I'm always happy with my nails. I've also done gel with chrome for weddings and they last and look great!

I've been to a lot of nail salons in the surrounding area, and Lacquer is the one I always go back to! The staff is friendly and always does a great job with my nails. I usually get SNS, and they last me weeks with not a single crack or chip. The salon is always clean, and I'm always seated within minutes (even on weekends!). Prices are pretty normal for Atlanta.

I came for my first time and had a good experience- did some fun nail art, gel pedi and all was good. Less than a week (and right before leaving for vacation) gel on a few toes came off and one of my designed nails got weird (gel hadn’t cured apparently ) I went in and they took me immediately and fixed the design no questions and redid most of my toes! Tuvi was great in making it right! I don’t expect things to be perfect every time but the way a business handles errors is so important and Laquer did everything right!

I have been coming here for 3 years but after my recent experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. This place is extremely inconsistent in both quality and pricing but I have stuck with them out of convenience. They are flexible with appointments and are usually pretty fast when getting multiple services. Hannah is great and if you find someone you like and can manage to get an appointment with them every time, then you might have a better experience. I booked last minute so just went with whoever was available. I picked out the color for my toes and asked for the matching SNS. It's the same color I have been getting for several sessions now. I told the woman multiple times that it wasn't the right SNS color but she proceeded to tell me it was (she had 90 and the correct one is DND 550 and I know this because I took a picture of it at my last appt with Hannah so that we wouldn't forget). Hannah even tested it last time to make sure it was the correct color but this lady just KNEW she was right so I decided to trust her because she's the professional and maybe they have the same colors with different numbers. But nope, it was confirmed once they finally started painting my toes (which also took forever). I told her again that the colors didn't match and she just laughed and said "close enough." Huh? I get it, it's not the end of the world but she could at least pretend to care and acknowledge her mistake since I'm the one who has to pay for it. And didn't exactly want pepto bismol pink for my event. I'm glad she thinks it's funny though. I would also be laughing if she apologized or told me to come back to fix it, as one would expect. They only gave me a 10% discount at the counter but I had to ask for it and I still tipped, on top of other random add ons they charge. Moral of the story, trust your gut and ask for receipts.

I absolutely love this place. The women who work here are so talented and very sweet. I’ve been a regular here for about 6 mos and every manicure has been lovely and lasted at least 2 weeks. I get gel manicures and I’m pretty hard on my nails, so this is quality work. Shout out to CiCi for the lovely French gel manicure.

The staff delivers high quality nail salon services and they are always very pleasant. The salon is impeccably clean with ample chairs so it never feels over crowded.

Always a great time, Very hospitable and relaxing. The people are very artistic and apply the polish very nicely and try to do the best with the design or idea you have. Atmosphere is very great and clean.
