Counter Salesmen can't tell the difference between breakers. I used to use Lade Electric Supply quite often but some of the people you're hiring is why I won't be returning. I asked for a Siemens Arc Fault and a 2 Pole 100 Siemens and when I arrived you have Eaton BR ready for me. Not what I asked for. Thank you for wasting my time.

I called to see if they had a 400 amp meter base… i requested what i was told by my utility company… I needed a complete base, all my utility company provides is a meter for billing … he told me i need more info. I responded,” well give me the price for both meters you have. He said hold on mumbled something with an attitude, and hung up. Why were you so angry mister???? The customer can only ask for what they were told to purchase. If you can’t provide cost and difference of both, you need only to be frustrated with yourself. This is a business… bring rude is never the answer. Tried calling back and you kept sending it to VM. He didn’t need any business. Please purchase all your electrical supplies elsewhere.
