Terrible just like the one in South Atlanta Union City. I drove all the way across town to get my car serviced. Long story short, I have customized hub caps on my car and one was misplaced/ replaced with a regular plastic cap. I’ve called my “service advisor” Byron, but he never answers the phone or calls back. I finally got someone to transfer me to a manager’s line, only to get his voicemail and I’ve left a message over 4 days ago now regarding my concern; unfortunately, no one has reached me back at all about anything. I REALLY hate dealing with this luxury brand only to get such careless service. UNACCEPTABLE!

I bought my 2024 Defender 11/09/2024and I have been to the Dealership 7 times and called in control over 11 times and the issue with this brand new car has yet to be resolved!!!!!!!!! I am beyond disappointed. They also told me they had the same vehicle that I had to swap but it was a downgrade not the same SMDH. :-(. I ask for my money back but that ask me to leave the car to give them a chance to resolve the issue. :-(

Omar Sheriff was great. I recommend anyone interested in buying a Range Rover to contact him. He was responsive throughout the entire process, and was upfront about everything. Really made the entire process smooth.

Experience was bad, at first no one greeted us and was charge twice for diagnostics without prior communication. I will not refer anyone to this place.

Service is top tier. Wait time was not long, I went on a Saturday and it wasn’t as busy as I thought. Waiting area upstairs is really nice with semi-private desks…next time I will bring a laptop.

Omar Sherriff worked complete magic! His customer service skills were top notch and he literally didn't stop working until I drove off the lot with the car of my dreams! He understood the assignment and fulfilled my life's dream of owning a Land Rover Range Rover. Even after the purchase, he stayed in contact and was always a source of inspiration in life in general. I would highly recommend his service. And did I mention, he wasn't even my original dealer! I showed up for a scheduled visit, my dealer was out on an emergency and Omar took over and sealed the deal. I will forever be inspired by great human beings like Omar!

This place was awesome !!!! Michael the sales guide took very good care of me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with him . He was very responsive and knowledgeable . Phil and Chris were also good in finance department. 5 star place for sure.

Horrible Service after buying the vehicle. I bought a Landrover 2020 Sport in OCT 2020. I kept it until Aug 2023 and traded it in for a different vehicle. The Landrover only had 21000 miles on it when I traded it in. I paid for the extended warranties in cash, and was told by Ed Voyles Hyundai to ask for the refund for the extended warranties and GAP Insurance. I provided the needed paperwork to Landrover and have been ghosted ever-since. I have sent them emails and left voicemails for the accounting department and the financial department and have not received any responses. The last email I received from them was in Thursday, August 31, 2023 1:38:45 PM, which stated "Ok will get it done"

Purchased a pre-owned Range Rover recently from Land Rover Buckhead. The experience from start to finish was fantastic! Omar S. was very professional and a joy to work with while going through this process from out of state. He showed me what a successful sales person looks like in the automobile business and changed my view on the whole car buying experience. Cannot thank Omar S. enough for all his hard work, follow-up skills and positive attitude!! Also, Louis R. was very helpful and made this a great experience! He and Omar make a great team!
