What an amazing team! From the beginning of the process of refinancing my home, they were hard at work. Kevin Jefferson, Deshone Harris, and Gelisa Edwards worked extremely hard on my refinance and kept me in the loop and explained every single detail to me. This Summit Funding team is truly top notch. The experience we shared with Kevin Jefferson was truly a blessing for me and my husband. I came across Kevin from a YouTube video research I was doing on different programs and products offered in Georgia and from that moment I never regret that decision to reach out to him. Kevin is very passionate about his company and the journey for his clients and he expressed the right direction we should go with purchasing a new home. He sets the expectation right up front from the pre-approval stage to going under contract with a home to closing and we closed on 11/30/2022 right before our 3rd Anniversary which is New Year's Eve week. Truly a closing to new beginnings for our family. We want to thank Kevin and his team at Summit Funding. We may have conducted business but you guys just became part of our family for life.

Anyone in need of purchasing a home, I would highly recommend you doing business with Summit Funding. The staff was excellent from top to bottom. They will go way above and beyond to work with you in every step of the way. Great team that cares about their clients. My last home-buying process was so bad, it felt like I was just a number. Summit built rapport with us, educated us and continuously checked in during the process. They handled a lot of the work on the front end so that leading up to the signing you were cleared and able to focus on the move. LaShonte was awesome, she checked in weekly to ask for any additional docs or just to see if you were doing okay. Monique helped me to locate information that was hard to find. She sent emails weekly to let me know the status of the loan and always made herself available if I needed her. I am thankful to have had such a great experience with Summit!

Lashonte Harris is an amazing professional in her industry. She was contacted after my initial loan was denied and she saved the day! My realtor connected us and she went into action. The process was so seamless after giving her the requested information. We went from the application to the closing table in two weeks saving my contract and purchasing my “forever home”!
