We had a frictionless experience thanks to the guy (bless him, I never did get his name) in there that helped us understand everything, from how to purchase detergent pods, to the coin machines, to the washers and dryers. “Amazing cleaners that offer superb dry cleaning. Sandra answered the phone when I called for a quote to dry-clean a queen-sized weighted blanket. I actually called a couple other dry cleaners in the area, but they we not friendly like Sandra was on the phone. She was really sweet, and I could tell she was very customer-service oriented.She was quick with the quote, and it was the best price I had gotten from all of the cleaners I called. I immediately drove there to drop off the blanket, and Sandra was even more awesome in person. Her energy, enthusiasm, and care was evident.She explained that I could pick in up the day after tomorrow. I just got my weighted blanket back today and it is SO clean. Sandra even packaged it in a complimentary plastic covering to keep it pristine. Moral of the story, this is the best cleaners. Not only is it a family-run business that has been open for more than 17 years, the quality, care, and customer service is top notch. I could not recommend a better business, and I will be back!”

“Today was my first time in any laundromat in over 30-years. This place is very clean, nice, and orderly. There were so many payment options available. Using the app to pay is very convenient, and it can be set up to let you know when your load has 3-minutes left.The attendant, Ms. T, has great customer service skills. ? I am very impressed. She actually introduced herself to me. Wow! Then she helped me get the app setup and start all the machines at the same time. I watched her interact with customers who allowed their child to stand up in one of wheeled carts. She handled the dangerous situation very professionally and matter was quickly resolved.My washer is scheduled to be repaired next Tuesday, so I probably will not be a regular customer here; however, I will definitely come back should I have the need. I highly recommend this laundromat.”

I was originally using them for the laundromat services and it was always so clean and the staff nice and helpful, From getting stains out of table clothes to smells out of dog beds. I now use them weekly for dry cleaning. They're sooo great, fast and efficient. And The family who owns is just the best!”

“My coworker found Pressed for Success through a google search and called ahead of time to see if they would be able to press and hang 75 table clothes on hangers within 1 day for an event we had. We are from out of town, so we had a very tight time frame that we would be able to drop off the table clothes prior to when we would need them. They had a good price, were very easy to work with, and they even dropped off the table clothes at the convention center where the event was taking place. Highly recommend.”

I've saved many an old pair with them and highly recommend their service.The Dunwoody Cleaners uses a certified Organic dry cleaning process! The previous owner invented the process himself, and had the machine made to his specifications in Germany! I only go here to keep the toxic and carcinogenic dry cleaning chemicals out of my house and away from my family!They also are know as miracle cleaners for a very good reason.
