The best toy store in Atlanta! Everyone there is always so kind and happy to help. I’ve been going since I was a kid (now almost 24) and have never met a rude employee or one that didn’t kindly offer their help (which is always actually helpful too!) Today, I called the store asking about something being in stock and a super sweet employee named Liz instantly searched the store for what I was looking for and even texted me pictures of what was in stock! I’ve never left Learning Express in a bad mood and they always seem to have something new and exciting! Thank you all for always greeting me with a smile and helping me find what I’m looking for!

Unfortunate experience from a group of employees who wanted to leave work instead of allowing a customer to shop thoroughly in which the store would’ve had much more sales. I was in at about 4:45 and at about 510 was reminded that they were closed so I promptly left and I had my eye on many other items, but I refuse to be let in somewhere and then rushed and reminded of closing time… very poor customer service

My wife and I have been shopping at Learning Express for years. The quality of the toys are amazing and the personal touches they add such as free wrapping and monogramming are just a few things we love about the store. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.

If you’re looking for overpriced items and mediocre customer service, this is your place.There were 3 staff members, myself and one other customer. No greeting from any of the staff members. The other customer was at the register while I wandered around looking for items for a 1 year old. After about 10-15 minutes of looking, I got a bit overwhelmed. I came into this boutique store because I don’t typically shop for children so I assumed I’d be able to access some assistance. There was no staff member in sight…although I could hear extensive chatter about the last customer who had just left. I opted to leave and as I was walking out of the door, a staff member asks if I needed help. Really!?!? I was over it and didn’t want to be the next topic of conversation. I ended up going to Target.
