Don't even think about moving into this place. They will raise your common area maintenance charges after you move in and fabricate ledgers to substantiate what they're doing. Your rent will jump several thousand dollars. We were in the building for a long time and the experience with mgmt and their operations is awful. Find another building...there are plenty in the area with greater value and much, much less hassle.

It's a mall, it's huge and they have sushi there. What more could you want??No, but seriously. It's really nice, there's a lot of stores, the food court is really big and spacious... it is always packed with people so you have nowhere to sit but, their sushi place has really good sushi. I always just get an order of California rolls with spicy mayo. It's like five bucks. ♡
