LensCrafters is dedicated to providing quality eyecare and a wonderful shopping experience. The entire experience from the doctor's examination to purchasing glasses is great. They offer a fantastic selection of designer brands and premium lens solutions. The staff are all welcoming, helpful, sweet, professional, efficient, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They provide great customer service, go above and beyond to help, and address all questions. The physical plant is really nice, with everything clean and organized. All prescriptions are welcome, they accept most vision insurance plans, and they provide adjustments. This location comes highly recommended.
The test with Dr. Kim was professional and friendly and the service from Sir was exceptional! He helped me find the right frame and lenses as I needed them next day and he even was able to get them done by the end of the same day. Ask for Sir if he’s available!
