Jon & Ramone were simply Amazing! I brought a pair of Prada frames 45 days ago. The logo fell off one side of my frame. Although it was past the 30 days satisfaction guarantee, they assisted me with ordering a replacement logo piece at no charge. So Appreciative!!!

Upon arrival I took the comprehensive exam. It was the most thorough exam I have ever had. Afterwards I was led to an eyeglasses professional and Ramone was very patient with me and assisted me with the perfect glasses.

I have visited here for a few years and had my best experience yet over the weekend with Gu’liana, who was incredibly nice and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. 10/10 for Gu’liana! LensCrafters needs more cheerful and thoughtful people like her!
4/5 stars for store because of prices and how run down the inside is; it looks like they only want to charge high prices but not update the store at all.
