My car was FILTHY (I unfortunately loaned my car to someone for a few months & they allowed their dogs to soil my car badly). Leo's cleaned the inside & outside BEAUTIFULLY‼️I will ALWAYS go there‼️

UpdateAfter going multiple times I have had a consistently negative experience. They do not open on time, miss multiple things when detailing (e.g., not cleaning the trunk, not wiping down any of the interior, etc.), are very slow (2.5-3 hrs for a mid size SUV), and the owner Leo does not seem to care and does everything he can to deflect any responsibility.Original ExperienceGreat service, relatively quick for hand car wash, friendly, and all around what I want when I have my car washed! I've been going for a few years and will continue to visit them!

Good hand washing and detailing. Owned by a fine man called Leo! You sit on chairs under a tent as you wait. Figure st leafy 30 minutes for waiting on a Saturday. Open till 6 pm on Saturday. Bring a beverage and relax !.

I pulled up and asked a guy about prices and services - he tells me loudly... THE MENU IS OVER THERE - GO TAKE A PICTURE OF IT!!! I had to walk across their working area to take a picture... I later decided that I won't be giving them my business. He was rude and I don't see why they don't have printed flyers or something to hand potential customers. It's not like you can see the sign from the street!!

So after 3 long months I decided to invest in a wash for my BMW. I drove from upper Roswell Road through the entire buckhead, downtown and midtown. Only to discover not one "HAND" carwash open on Presidents Day! Kids out of school and it's a must that my baby gets washed today!!!! I don't use drive thru washes at all; no swirls for me baby!!! I had been to Leo's years prior but didn't know if it was still open. I drove to Kirkwood to find the car wash was open. With the biggest smile on my face I pulled right in line. When I tell you, my baby was REJUVENATED, Lord Jeez! I'm not lying the IN & OUT with SPRAY wax got my 840i looking like I just drove it off the showroom floor. Will definitely be back on the regular! Thanks!!!

We went to get a used truck detailed here after buying it second hand. They charged us $200, saying we would get a full detail service. When we picked it up, they rushed us for the money saying they’re closing. The truck had been basically sprayed on the outside and rubbed down with soap on the interior. Most of the surfaces hadn’t been wiped - I wiped the steering wheel after they detailed and my cloth was completely brown. There was a cockroach and trash still in the door pocket. Dirt on the floor where areas hadn’t been vacuumed, grime and dirt in the floor bed. All the pictures I posted are AFTER a $200 detail.
