Nice employees, clean store, and high quality selection and products

Today 11/22, I was looking for some pair of jeans and there were 2 employees. I went to ask for some help and I tired to get there attention because they were simply just there talking to each other on there phones, and i tired to get there attention by saying “hey” but they didn’t hear me so i said “Hey” again and the LADY with the horrible pixie cut said “what” in a horrible tone. The man who she was with (other worker) then proceeded to intervene and answered my question instead. Even he knew her attitude was HORRIBLE. Just skip this store. Workers are terrible. She clearly doesn’t want to be their and just all out looked miserable. This store needs to gire better employees.

Came on Sunday and they closed way before the 7p closing time. Verified online too and hours said they were supposed to be opened.

CUSTOMER SERVICE was amazing from the moment we walked in, shopped & paid.From the dual “hello & welcome” from Ansiey & Daniel to just the right amount of check-ins. Everyone was very helpful & accommodating during our visit.The Rockstars:Corry (manager)Daniel (manager)AnsieyVayiaMake sure to checkout the clearance section as the selections are plentiful.Did I mention the amazing customer service?!

I was shocked at the lack of customer service at this store. We were not greeted and when I asked for help the associate was just downright rude and did not in any way want to help us. My daughter was even shocked. The worst service I have had in a while. The people at the Ponce City Market location in contrast are helpful.

A little pricey and no sales on the day we went in. The African American “store manager” not sure of her name but she has a cute short haircut. We were visiting from Nashville and She was so helpful and informative when asked her question. She can’t control the prices obviously but because of her we would def return she exemplifies good customer service!!

Don’t expect a hello from these associates. I came in the store to buy jeans for my kid. I left after a few minutes. No one bothered to speak. Not busy. Couldn’t be bothered. Not usual behavior from Levi stores
