The aggression and anger that comes out of this store and the owner is unhealthy. If you are to visit & support this shop, please protect your energy.

I was visiting Atlanta and my sister brought me to Alex store to meet her. While I'm there I made some purchases, had a friend come by and bought 2 jackets and I even placed an order. A week later Alex tells me the items are ready and to send her $240 which I did and she confirm she received the payment. She gave me false tracking numbers. I had to get my sister and cousin to go there to see what was going on and she lied to both of them saying she sent me my garments or she returned my money. I have text and recording of this unprofessional lying black gay woman and they want us to support our own.

Shopped here only once and you could not ever talk me into going back. The owner (Alex) is a very nasty woman.

*****THEFT ALLERT****** Alex is the owner of this shop agreed to send me three pairs of jeans. She demanded that I pay using a cash equivalent. The 2nd week I sent a text requesting the delivery tracking number, she sent something from the postal service that NEVER registered that the items had been sent much less delivered. Then came the lies. Until she finally became angry and cancelled the order. But she never returned the $250.00. I visited the shop when I returned to Atlanta. She was surprised and acted like I owed her. It is no blemish to my dignity that Alex is UNETHICAL AND UNTRUTHFUL. I went over to IG and found that she's offering to sponsor Pop-Ups. MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A WRITTEN CONTRACT. She is also found as Lux Glam Exchange here on Yelp of course I didn't find it until after she kept my money. But again GET IT IN WRITING. Ensure that your exchange includes leaving her stir with your merchandise.
