Uneducated and unpleasant employee who doesn’t have basic knowledge of how to interact in a professional setting. Wouldn’t recommend unless you absolutely need to buy something urgently, go to another store!

Terrible experience. First time in ATL and wanted to buy a navy Braves hat as a keepsake. Selection was good but the employee was dismissive, not helpful at all, barked instead of speaking, did not make you feel wanted at all. Do not recommend.

Went in to buy my hubby a Hawks hat for the game the store manager was very helpful and very professional manner help me with out cause I didn't know which hat to get. Thank you again will be returning!

Arrived at the store at about 2:00pm & the door was locked. After a while we noticed a kid inside sitting behind the counter playing with his phone & he said come back in 30 minutes. He didn't seem too interested in anything. Next time, it would be a nice courtesy to just place a "back at XX:XX time" sign in the window when they're on break.
