The young lady with the glasses and the nose ringI don't see anything she could possibly do to be more rude.A very unpleasant young lady to deal with.Very rude and very dry.She seems not to care how pleasant a customer is to her, her intentions is to be rude to the customers.Whoever owns this store or the manager needs to have a talk with her about her nasty attitude.A lot of times a person like her only displays a pleasant attitude if it's a white face and that's a shame because she's melanated.

I’ve been to this store 3X in the past 5 days and it’s never open on time. All the other stores in the mall is open except for Lids. This is not good service!!

It’s currently 11:47 am and the gate is still closed! The store opens at 11:00!

They never answer the phone. And the staff not only charged me for something I didn’t receive they also messed my custom print.

Went in to have 6 shirts tatted for my girls trip to Vegas. I was very specific. I paid for the services in advance and was told to come back the next day to pick them up. Came back the next day and my shirts where sitting on the counter for anyone to just take off with them. No one was at the desk so I took a peak. To my surprise they were not ready. The one that was the young man torn. And the engraving was on the wrong side of the sleeve. I was told by management that he must have forgotten to cut the Knot. He did pay me for my shirt as well as refunded my monies back. I was very disappointed. I been going to Lids for years!!! This was unfortunate.

I’m here at 2:00pm and the gate is pulled down. With a young lady walking to the back. Are you serious? No sign, no notifying customers. Let’s do better.

Looked online for the hours and it says 12:00pm would be the time it opens. It’s currently 12:36 and the store is still closed.

I went to Lids in GreenbriarMall with $200 dollars worth of hats to get embroidered . They stitched the sweat band to the hat. Then when I went back to show them the mistake the manager Dill was very rude. I emailed customer service and still haven't gotten a reply.

Website and google says they're supposed to close at 7. I tried to walk in at 6:40, and the guy at the counter told me to come back at 11am. I used to work in retail so I understand not wanting to take customers last minute, but 20 mins before the advertised closing time is ridiculous, especially because there was NOBODY else in the store
