I had been procrastinating and honestly dreading the process of reviewing my insurance and getting everything bundled, but working with my State Farm agent, Alec, made it incredibly easy. He was professional, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to work with from start to finish.
He took the time to actually talk with me, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He also has a great personality, which made the whole experience feel much more personal and comfortable than I expected.
Best of all, I ended up saving a significant amount of money by switching and bundling my auto and renters insurance. I’m so glad I finally took the time to do it, and I’m especially glad I had someone like him to make the process so easy.
