I’ve been using this storage for years, since I moved to Atlanta 13 years ago. The service is always amazing which is why I come back. Sonequa assisted me this last time, and she was super helpful.
I can’t give 5 stars, cuz the company sent a sneaky price increase these last few months. But it doesn’t take away from the great customer service and clean facility that I will always appreciate.

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage! Cevon was very helpful when setting me up. His customer service was informative, friendly, and made the whole process stress-free. The move-in process was super easy!!! They had carts available, and it was simple to navigate through the facility to find my unit. My lock and keys were already waiting inside, which made everything even easier and smoother. The facility is very secure and safe, and everything was exactly as I expected, if not better. I’m really happy with the service. This is definitely a great location!

Extra Space Storage has been a great storing experience! I appreciate the cleanliness of the building and the storage units. After forgetting the keys to my lock, due to packing many luggages from home far away, Cevon Virgo gladly helped me out unlock the lock, professionally!
