DO NOT USE THEM. I got a covid test with them and then I found out by my insurance that they were out of network. Then I get a call from collations saying I have an outstanding bill that I did not pay. They never sent me a bill and they said I should have gave them a call but how am I supposed to know to give them a call if I did not receive a bill or any kind of notification that something is due. Then they told me its not their fault if i did not get a bill and that after 30 days it goes straight to collations. I have never had any issues with not receiving mail. They never sent out any bill or notice and now I have this on my credit report. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Bad customer service. I have called multiple time and still can not get any help. They say a manager will call but no one ever has.

I did have a positive (good) experience with this company at the beginning of the year when my family of five needed testing done due to a known exposure. I did NOT have a positive experience with the billing process. I never received a bill until I called and asked for one, and although I paid for these five tests 1.5 months ago and can provide receipts from LifeBrite documenting this somehow they still thought to send me to collections for "nonpayment". Yay for having to deal with something that shouldn't be happening, right? I should not have to correct their mistake, in the middle of my workday no less. But now I must, despite the fact that I can prove I did, in fact, pay. So - use them at your own risk. I do not trust they have QA/QC checks in place.

Life bright has overcharged my family for Covid-19 testing. Specifically, they overcharged my insurance company and want us to pay $400 for Covid tests. We’ve had several (as most people have) and have never been requested to pay for the lab results. We didn’t know they were “out of network” and suddenly they’re telling us about their policy for payment. We didn’t know our normal testing site used them when we got the tests, and as far as we know they haven’t since. They’re trying to profit off of a pandemic and peoples fears. Ask your testing site if they use this company, and if so, go somewhere else.

Do not go here. Not reliable. Has a bad system.Arrived at Lifebrite 8:35. I Registered for Covid testing 8:50 They told me to park in the “reserved for lifebrite” parking. After parking there and waiting 20 min. The person taking the test finishes the vehicle before me. Then tells me to go join the line. Sir when I got here there wasn’t a line anywhere. I did what I was told by an employee. Now I go and the line is wrapped around the building. So I was waiting where I was instructed to wait but it was the wrong place. Ruined my whole day. I came early to avoid the lines. Then they screw me.Do not do not go here!!!! Called before I came someone on the phone said I’d be able to get results within hours. Now I am here and that’s wrong information as well. All day I have been getting wrong I twitch this company. Bad place huge waste of time.

If I could give zero stars I would! Unfortunately that is not possible. We worked with this lab for a couple of months, with the understanding that we were building a relationship between the lab and our office. We were told that the lab was in network with our patient's health insurances. That was not the case! Our patients have been receiving thousands of dollars in bills for routine blood and urine drug screens. Then to make matters worse, the lab suddenly shut down their lab services in the middle of the day, in our office and we were left with no answers and upset patients. We have yet to hear from someone. We are a very understanding and forgiving office (we understand things do not always come out they way they are planned), but to be left with no answers or ideas on how to resolve this issue is disheartening. Not trustworthy at all!

Amazing company, I actually enjoyed going to work during my time of employment at LifeBrite. The CEO and the COO are very easy to talk to. I get a very homy vibe from this company and I would recommend any hardworking person apply here.
