Pretty terrible experience and transparency. They had my iPad for 2 weeks for a basic screen repair. First the screen was lost in the mail, then the screen was damaged when they received it, then they were going to overnight another one. Got sick of it and eventually just picked up the iPad. Rather pay Apple the extra $50 and get an OEM part that is more reliable anyway.

These guys are the most earnest, sincere and honest folks I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. Had a laptop fan issue where the replacement part would cost upwards of $250. Gabriel opened the machine up and fixed it in 5 minutes. Told me I didn’t owe him anything as well! Truly good human beings with high expertise in all things tech-related!

I had mixed experience about this service location.I liked their policy that they don't charge for the diagnosis it thet can't repair or if you get repaired with them.My laptop was not fully working after repair and I lost $200 in parts and repair.They closed their location where I got my laptop repaired. They moved my laptop to other location and in that process they lost my laptop charger. And the person who I worked with is no longer working with them. so they don't know where it is now.

I have used LifeLine to repair my computer and smart phones since 2019 and Gabriel (my doctor) has repeatedly done to my satisfaction. Gabriel is my Digital Equipment Doctor! I follow him to whatever store he is going to be going to! I won't let anyone or any other company touch my equipment but Gabriel!

The repair was quick and done efficiently… But the EXCELLENT AND OUTSTANDING customer service is what stood out to me the most. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone & everyone. Thank you thank you thank you Mr.Brandon for your service, each repair shop I went to they said it was going to take at least a week for my part to come back but he had it to come back within 3 days. This guy here explain everything from detail to detail, heck I didn’t know what a mother board was until he told me. I was a supporter of this place but after what I’ve experienced I can’t support this business anymore. Came to get my back camera fixed and they said I had to get my screen fixed as well even though there was nothing wrong with my screen. So I agreed to have them replace it even though there was nothing currently wrong with it since he said that if I didn’t get my screen fixed my camera would go black again. Now I’m stuck with this screen that has multiple problems including; randomly clicking buttons on its own, freezing up, and has a delay when I scroll through my phone. It’s a huge inconvenience for me and I’m going through stress dealing with my phone that did not really need to be fixed like this in the first place. Now I’m here for the third time and it’s closed even though it was supposed to be open at 10am. Highly upset honestly I trusted and gave a lot of patience to this place.
