Ordered an item from their online shop two months ago and never received a shipping update. I've since emailed their customer service twice and have not received a response.

I worked with Charles coming into the store many times. Clerk was helpful no doubt, very courteous, very professional. Order was placed for a custom headboard. After placing the order I was then I was notified that it's not possible to make this headboard and that it was a mistake for showroom to place this order in the first place. Cancelled invoice was provided by email (see attached picture). Later I noticed that the money was not actually refunded to my credit card. After several attempts to get the money back, I was told the best that could be done was 50% "credit" towards another purchase. It's not clear to me what I paid for in the first place (nothing) and how it makes any sense to pay for nothing even though 1) the showroom made a mistake in placing order for something that the factory cannot manufacture, and 2) no product was actually made, sourced, produced, shipped, etc. Note, I attempted to use a third party to amicably and objectively resolve the issue. Ligne Roset failed to respond to their multiple attempts of communications via mail. Judge for yourself. BUYERS BEWARE. _Olivia

Amazing showroom... My furniture looks beautiful in my home. The service, delivery, installation were all perfect. I had the best experience shopping with them. I highly recommend them���
