I will not shop in this store again. The staff is rude almost to the point of threatening. I like the clothes, but will not go back to this store again.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years but my past few orders have either been incomplete or the wrong item. I had to go out of my way to return an item I didn’t order or they would have charged me. Today, my non-returnable order was not only missing an item, the dress I received wreaked of perfume and I can’t wear it. Their quality has also diminished for the price you pay.

Worst Customer Service, there actually is not any. They have a robot on LIVE chat, they do not answer their phone or respond to emails.

The rudest staff and worst customer service! I love Lilly Pulitzer and most of my wardrobe is Lilly. I have been to this location 3 times (including the opening weekend) and every time the staff is rude, ignores you and never even smiles. You will not get that sweet southern charm from this location.

Their return policy sucks. Online costumer service is awful. If you try to return an online purchase, don’t expect that your item will be processed in a week or two. Now, items returned will be processed within 20-30 days. Online costumer service, calling them will have you put on hold for a long time. I got hung up 3 times attempting to talk to a person. Sad, their online costumer service has gone downhill. They also provide an AI on chat, and that too is useless. Don’t bother. However, the costumer service at the stand in stores are very accommodating and helpful.

Lilly Pulitzer is my favorite and this location is the BEST! As soon as I walk in, I feel like I'm transported to Palm Beach paradise. Colors galore! I have shopped here many times and the shop girls are great. They are helpful and friendly while also giving you space to shop and explore. Gorgeous selection of the latest prints and patterns and they often have a well-stocked sales rack.

My wife was felt like a second class citizen because she was not white with blond hair at this location over the weekend and this was not the first time she left the store without purchasing because of this problem.

Usually have great customer service at this locations and the sales woman are always welcoming and helpful, but not today. Another customer even complained to me about how these women are just rude and snobby acting. These women are cashiers who think they are the queen of England. Time to hire a new group.
