We walked in unsure if we were going to buy the couch that day. I knew we’d get it eventually, but Angel made us feel so comfortable and confident in making the decision right then. She answered every question—sometimes before we even asked—and never once made us feel pressured. She just genuinely shared all the cool features of the couch. It honestly felt like chatting with one of my best friends. All my boxes were delivered today (Wednesday), and we only bought the couch on Sunday! Unbelievable. I’m so excited!

The staff here are amazing! They go above and beyond in customer service. Shout out to Angel for getting all my questions, requests, and needs addressed in helping me find my new couch :) I've heard great things of the priduct, and it does not disappoint in both quality and variety.

Precious was amazing. She gave us a very detailed demonstration of the possible configurations for our space. She showed us in detail how to disassemble, clean, and reassemble the furniture. We were able to get quotes for our specific needs. Angel was also very helpful when we went back to ask for the dimensions and in providing detailed information about the embedded sound system.

My husband and I went into the Lovesac store at Lenox last week and we were greeted my an associate named Terron. She was just plain awesome! She was very kind and super knowledgeable about the products that Lovesac sells. We were able to get a demo and she even showed us different configurations of couches that we could make if we were choosing Lovesac to furnish our home. We also spoke with the store manager, Angel, the next day to answer some questions about their Lovesacs with StealthTech speakers in them. Long story short, we fell in love! Soon, we’ll be the proud owners of Lovesac sectionals and we could not be more excited! The versatility, convenience and comfortability is what sold us! Oh and, I cannot for the awesome sale that is currently going on. We were able to get 40% off our total purchase and that is a big deal! Highly recommend this company/brand!

I have been researching sectionals for the past two months and finally decided to go to the Lovesac showroom at Lennox Square. Anjel was so nice and friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. After leaving the store I ran home to rave about the product and insisted my spouse go back with me to meet with Anjel to finalize the purchase. She was amazing and was also a big reason we went back to the showroom to put in our order. We could’ve easily ordered online. If you are looking into the Lovesac, be sure to stop at Lennox square and speak with Anjel.

The staff and location are exemplary. However, the product is marginal. Brilliant branding, though!! I just paid $10,000 for a couch that is not ergonomically designed and incredibly uncomfortable.
