Great place seems as if prices are rising but still has affordability. Clean, fresh, always helpful associates and shelves always have what you need and even things that you didn’t think you needed.

Just so annoying, can't find anything without walking a mile, the one thing you can find doesn't have a barcode so i get my hands sliced up searching for it, then there's no just glove display like come on. I have stuff to do and this store is such a chore I always regret coming to this location in between jobs for materials. It just ends up setting me back.

Helpful and friendly customer service. Mr. Billy, probably is the oldest customer service rep working at this Lowe’s and is definitely the go-to man because he also knows more than anybody in the store. It was a joy and a pleasure to meet and be served by him . I would go back to that store when I need something again from Lowe’s, and I happen to be in Atlanta.

Worst delivery & installation experience
I ordered two washer and dryer sets for my duplexes and paid for delivery and installation. Lowe’s delivery team just dropped the units off and left — no installation at all. When I called to fix the issue, customer service acted like I was wrong. They finally sent someone back, but the installers came unprepared and didn’t have the right cords. Now I’ve been waiting for days with appliances I can’t even use. I called again, and they told me there’s nothing more they can do.
I paid for a full service I didn’t receive, wasted time making multiple calls, and still don’t have functioning laundry units. Absolutely unacceptable and extremely frustrating experience.

I did call customer support and there is nothing they could do to help.

I needed to purchase 44 wall panels and I asked Jake, who was in windows and doors, and he was glad to locate and help get all the panels down. Used his POSale in back of store. Helped me push my two carts to the truck and helped load The Truck❕
Thanks for getting me in and out of the store quickly, Jake… PDP 👍🏻

Horrible service and the assistant manager on appliances, Tahminia is very rude and unhelpful. She say no to selling me a fridge so she can sell to one of her friends. I email the store manager about the problem and he never respond

Everything was great until I got to the checkout The lady doing the monitoring at check out made sure she targeted me for observation! I asked if there was an issue because she was observation so hard! She said she was doing her job even though 5 other people checked out and she didn't observe those lanes!

I have mixed feelings about this Lowe’s. As far as going somewhere and being able to find what you need it is a great store, but I’ve had a really difficult time with customer service in the store. I purchased a refrigerator, which is obviously pretty expensive, and sent a friend of mine to go pick it up, because I needed it the same day because I had a baby (milk etc.) it was such a hassle getting this refrigerator after I had paid for it, it was probably two hours of us going back back-and-forth with customer service. To the point of I actually got nervous that they had just taken my money.

I was told by Jason an associate that I had to wait longer because it takes more time to deal with women??? Really??? When I questioned him he said if you don't like how handle this I can get someone else to take care of you! Yeah I requested to get a manager and I decided to take my business and future business to Home Depot!!!
Update: Went to Home Depot and was helped and got exactly what I was looking for !
Update 8-19-20 So I was suppose to recieve a phone call from Lowes pertaining to this incident, but of couse no phone call, thanks Lowes for failing me once again ! I surely will not ever shop there again!

Title: Damaged Dryer from Lowe’s – No Replacement, Poor Communication
I ordered an Amana Extra Large Vented Electric Dryer from Lowe’s, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating.
When it was delivered, the dryer was damaged — there was a visible dent on the door, and when I turned it on, it made a loud knocking sound, like shoes tumbling around inside. The delivery driver acknowledged the damage and told me that a replacement would be sent, and that the damaged dryer would be picked up when the new one arrived.
I was scheduled for the replacement delivery on Monday, but no one ever contacted me to say it was delayed. I waited the entire day before finally calling myself, only to be told that the delivery team was behind and I was now rescheduled for Wednesday.
On Wednesday, the dryer never came. No knock, no call, nothing — and when I followed up again, I was told the team claimed they had come by. Turns out they had the wrong phone number on file, so I was never contacted. I was home the entire day and never saw a delivery truck or heard a knock at the door.
Now I’m stuck with a damaged, unusable dryer, no follow-up from Lowe’s, and days of wasted time. I expected better service, better communication, and better accountability.
At this point, I’m asking Lowe’s to:
• Deliver a working replacement as soon as possible
• Pick up the damaged dryer
• Offer compensation for the delay, poor handling, and inconvenience
I’ll update this review once Lowe’s properly resolves this situation — but right now, I’m very disappointed.
