Your man Cam made my life a hell of a lot easier today. I needed some plexiglass to create lips for a bookshelf. Not only did he help me source the right material for the job, he also cut it down for me so I didn’t have to whip out the tools at home. Made the job super-easy and this girl super-happy! Well done Cam and Lowe’s… 👏🏼

Don't like the special for lowes preferred, it's very confusing. It didn't matter that you have a lowes credit card, you had to signed up to be a preferred...lost my business

Such a great experience At this location. I was help out Immediately by Rod. He took the time to walk me to the items I needed. After I found what I needed I remember something else. While looking ran into rod again. He stop and assisted me again. I didn't think I needed a cart, but ended up needing one. He went to get me a cart. I didn't catch the cashier name, but was great too. Whole experience was excellent.

The absolute worst. Been coming here for years simply out of convenience and rarely have a positive experience. I went in today to buy some custom cut to size blinds. I waited for assistance and had Lowe’s employees (that I directly asked, otherwise the dozens who walked by actively avoiding eye contact wouldn’t have stopped) call overhead for assistance twice. Nobody came after 30 minutes so I left.

I received a Christmas decoration as a gift and I tried to return it after Christmas of course! I was told they don't do returns on holiday decorations. Ridiculous policy! I'll never buy holiday decoration at Lowes and I'll tell all my friends/family not to as well!

They never seem to have enough people to help out. The existing staff are doing their best but they seem tired and not super eager to help. Their website indicated that there were some yard chairs available so when I showed up I learned that yes they were there but packed away and didn't have it available for purchase. They need to get their website coordinated with their stores
