Lufthansa Cargo has a good work environment with a friendly atmosphere and great customer service. Carriers check in at the truck pass, then wait for a dock number text. The process is overall not too bad, though backing in can be tight with traffic. Communication for accessing the location could be better. The staff is wonderful and ready to assist with any questions.

    The guy works in front desk was really nice but People works inside on the forklift Have a disgusting attitude. Seems like they hate their job. So much

    Hour and 30 min they need to do paperwork!?! That is just ridiculous.

    Terrible terrible terrible, takes hours to unload just 1-2 pallets, we are here frequently, it's always some attitude and excuses, it's like they just don't want to work at all.
