Terrible terrible terrible, takes hours to unload just 1-2 pallets, we are here frequently, it's always some attitude and excuses, it's like they just don't want to work at all.

Truck drivers: There is a truck pass lot at 1586 Sullivan where you need to go and check in. This is vaguely referenced driving there and actual signs only once you go into LH warehouse. It seems like someone had a good idea to make something of a marshalling yard since there are so few docks on a crowded street but the execution is lacking. That was the good. Now the Bad - Once you are finally texted your dock assignment, there is usually someone still parked in your dock. It seems to be the norm from the arguments I witnessed. I had to wait and the guy after had to wait on me. When at last you pull into your dock, you have to go inside to process your paperwork and then back to the truck to wait on a forklift driver to call you. Sufficed to say this is airline work and it took 4 hours on a weekday afternoon. Meh, there are worse places.

Great work environment, friendly atmosphere, and if I have any questions about anything there is always someone ready to assist. Between the wonderful staff at I.k. Hofmann and great work crew here at Lufthansa...a great career choice indeed!!

I work in Atlanta and your Atlanta hub is hands down the worst airline on the airport.i didn't want to give you one star but I had too..my company drops alot of screened frieght to Lufthansa atl.or should I say we try to drop it.your Atlanta hub has no set schedule as their cutoff times to drop freight one day it 8 pm the next its7pm then 4pm.my company is tired of eating screening costs because of your truly sad and pathedic way Lufthansa chooses to do business..I should just pull my freight from Lufthansa but instead I'm going to start sending a bill to sialyour corporate office for the rescreening of every shipment that Lufthansa rejects due to your negligence.if Lufthansa doesn't pay for the rescreening cost my lawyer will be more than happy to schedule a court date and take the necessary steps to collect Lufthansa\"s debt to my company.lufthansa is the only airline on the Atlanta airport that chooses what time you will Randomly stop accepting freight.i think that will say it all in a courtroom .you will be billed for rescreening charges due to your neglect and lack of profession

The lady at the front desk or whoever take the calls, wow what a rude rude person I have never in my life heard someone so rude she could not even give me any information. She just told me to call another company cuz she doesn’t know what I was asking about ?. What a bad service

Too slow and a lot of tap dancing to boot! Can't figure how some of these places are still allowed to operate. There's is a difference in standards and it's very clear!!!
