Gabe is awesome! He always greets you with a smile and such a positive attitude. His customer service is amazing, and he’s super helpful every time I come in. He really makes the shopping experience great!

The reviews about bad customer service are still valid. After being given a changing room, I was harassed by another employee. She was very unwelcoming and gave the impression she thought I was a thief.

Horrible customer customer service! prejudice enforcement…. my child walked in in lulu from head to toe but still no assistance and the manager was WORSE than the employees she would not give me her name when I asked stating that she wasn’t comfortable giving me her name smh it’s 2 pm on tuesday Sep 2 so whoever is working at this time needs retraining

Called and drove to store. Paid to park and it was closed with employees inside refusing to even acknowledge us.

Dismissive staff members who barely acknowledge your presence and I was told I was unable to use my first responder discount in store even with proof of verification with the lululemon website.

I had been saving to splurge on a $330+ outfit and was so disappointed with the experience this staff provided! We arrived a couple hours before closing and the staff was unknowledgeable about their own products and rude. I felt rushed out over a hour before closing 😮. The Howell Mill location has much better service - I will spend my dollars there or online.

Walked in and no one else was in the store. Woman with braids asked what I was looking for and when I told her the color she said “whatever we have is what we have” very curt. I then asked if we could order it but I had a special military discount that lululemon offers. She said “I’m not suppose to do it” when I have the email that specifically states employees to use it. When the code wasn’t working (I realized after it didn’t work on this specific item) she said “well the difference between the 15% and 25% is only $4” well $4 or not, I want the discount that is offered to me. Ended up leaving due to poor attitude. If you don’t want to work retail no one is forcing you to. I’ll take my business to a different lululemon location
