This location has some of the rudest employees. I came in to exchange a gift - had the receipt and was under 30days. Tags still attached etc. the male employe that helped me made me feel like exchanging a gift was not allowed and made me so uncomfortable that I walked out. He kept saying he was doing me a favor. How is it a favor if the policy is exchange within 30 days with receipt, and new with tags attached. Don’t go here

They refused to follow written Lululemon return policy. They refused to let me talk to a manager. Used the “they are in a meeting “ excuse. Employe had an attitude of “I can do whatever I want”. No wonder their stock has tanked in the last year. Switching to Vuori for sure as they treat their customers with respect.

Even though it's 11 o'clock, they don't open because they're chattering for 10 minutes. I felt very unfriendly and unpleasant, so I vowed not to buy from Lululemon again

Visited the Perimeter Mall location on 4/8 around 1pm, wasn't able to get the cashier's name (caucasian female) but she did not provide any help. I came in to exchange an item I ordered online for a different size. She kept coming up with different reasons why she could not process my request (wouldn't accept barcode, didn't have my new size in inventory so told me to pick a different color, same issue here with inventory, then said she can't do anything and refused to give store credit). I shop at Lululemon frequently, and have never come across such customer service. I will not be shopping at this location in the near future.
I took the same item to the Lenox store on 4/9 around 10am, and the associate (Claire) was instantly able to resolve the issue and provide store credit for the item.

the manager/cashier with the bangs and brown streaks in her hair is literally beyond lame! get her off the register immediately omg. She asked for my ID for the first responder discount after I gave the account information—which clearly has multiple names of the same family—me included. I told her my mom is the main account holder and she said bc she wasn’t present I couldn’t get the discount, to which I answered it’s never been a problem before. I just thought that was really lame, I’m spending money regardless.

10000/10 customer service from Selesa (apologies if spelled wrong)! I came in looking for an item that said it was in stock in store but was unable to find. She truly went above and beyond to locate this item for me and I really appreciated that. I feel like most employees would've just said they didn't have it after one quick skim of the store. THANK YOU! <3

Made a return and shopped around while in the store. waited ~3 minutes for a dressing room, when no one came, I let myself in to try on. There was plenty of staff around the store that didn't seem to be busy with customers so I'm not sure what the delay was. Ended up leaving empty handed.

I have been a loyal customer of Lululemon for a decade. When did the guest experience people turn so rude? The obvious annoyance from the woman checking me out was honestly confusing and not appreciated.

The employees here are so entitled and condescending. Came here to do a quality exchange and the woman who helped me, didn’t do much but make repeated comments that I’m not taking care of my align leggings and jacket. I’m not new to lululemon and I know how to care for my items. It’s one thing to say oh this is how you should wash, but to tell me 3 different times in the 30 minutes I was in the store is absolute ridiculous. And let’s be honest, they act like it comes out of their paycheck to honor the quality promise. For all the girlies who need to do a quality promise exchange, you might as well just do it online and avoid the drama and rude comments!

Horrible service. The manager, Jenn, raised her voice and then when I stood up for myself she accused me of the same and refused to honor their own policy. I’ve spent $5-$6,000 at lululemon and NEVER will again because of this woman. I also want to add that this was to exchange a pair of pants that I bought two weeks ago that is already coming apart at a seam that isn’t even a stress point.
