Omg I loveeee this lululemon!! I’ve been to PLENTY ALL OVER THIS USA🥰 but this one was just straight beautiful! They even made me spend almost 700 how nice they were LMAO jk. But no seriously Everybody in there especially Marques are angels!! He rung me up and helped me around the store he was a great breath of fresh air happy to help and assist I appreciate you my baby! Can’t wait to come back!

I-just-wanna-go-home minded employees. This is my first ever review in my whole history. I came here just because the one near Lenox mall closed on Easter holiday. The employee seems like she wants to go home. But I remember she was energetic on weekdays. She might just had a bad day that's all. But the employees don't seem to mix up well. I think the manager should coordinate with that..

I visited this store yesterday at 11:45AM to make a gift return. As I approached the counter, I was ignored by the two aloof employees. They did not greet me, or ask if I needed assistance-- I had to greet them and inform them of the gift I was returning. Despite having a gift receipt and the unwashed, unworn and tag-attached item, I was told, with attitude, I was unable to make a return and could not receive store credit--it would be exchange only unless I had the original receipt. It would be asinine to expect a customer to have the original receipt for a gift (being the recipient), and pointless to even have gift receipts. I know for certain that this is not Lululemon policy, so I left the store to avoid any further incompetency or rudeness from the counter employees; they were purposely being unhelpful. The employees at this location are misinformed and/or uneducated on company policies surrounding returns/exchanges, despite the website and physical receipts outlining the policies clearly. I will never return to this store location. Thankfully, this was easily resolved with Lululemon's fabulous online support team.

I’ve never been into a Lululemon store before. I expected the employees to be snobby and aloof. ??♀️ Not the case here!!! The two girls working were so helpful, friendly and nice (only got one of their names - Natasha). We popped in on the way to a dinner reservation from out and town, and browsed for a second but didn’t find the item we were looking for. However, their excellent customer service made me want to go again and make a purchase. Kudos to this store’s employees for providing such a great experience within just a few moments. ?

Came in today for a simple exchange. I made a large purchase at this exact same store last week, attempted to take back 2 items and a tall blonde guy refused to exchange my items. Still had tags etc he talked to me as if I was lying about my purchase.Went to another lululemon DIRECTLY after no issues. Read the reviews on this store just to find out the obviously like to make their own rules!

All I can say is wow!! The staff at this location go above and beyond to make their customers feel special. Their knowledge, friendliness, and overall positive attitude was amazing. It was my first time going to a lululemon and they made me a fan for life!

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Employee Behavior at Lululemon Atlanta LocationDear Lululemon Management Team,I am writing a review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with a recent interaction I had with one of your employees at the Lululemon location next to Atlantic Station in Atlanta, Georgia, on March 9, 2024, at approximately 5 PM Eastern Time.During my visit, I came in with the intention of trading in a pair of shorts and a Crossbody bag, in line with the expectations set by your company's quality promise. However, the female employee I encountered was incredibly rude and unhelpful from the outset. She refused to even look up my account number to verify my purchase history for the Crossbody bag and shorts.Despite my attempts to discuss your company's policy and the quality promise, the employee insisted on exercising her own discretion and refused to assist us. Her behavior was unacceptable, and it felt discriminatory, as if she didn't want to deal with my husband and me because we are a gay couple of certain descent.Furthermore, when I requested the store manager's contact information, the employee provided false information, claiming her name was Shelley and that she was the manager. Subsequent attempts to reach out to "Shelley" proved futile, as the employee denied any knowledge of her existence.This experience left me feeling marginalized and mistreated, which is entirely contrary to the inclusive environment Lululemon claims to foster, especially evident in the display of the LGBTQ+ flag at the store entrance.I am requesting that someone from the highest level in the region promptly reaches out to me to address this matter. I have evidence, including security footage and an audio recording of the interaction, to substantiate my claims.Please prioritize this complaint and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents are not repeated in the future. Emily was such a delight to work with. She not only was so informative about the care of my align leggings, but also a true gem to talk to. Every time I step foot in this specific lululemon, everyone is always so friendly and it makes me want to come back again and again.
