one of the best lushs i've visited in the south, chase was super helpful!! it's always nice to go somewhere and not feel like you're being pressured into picking something, that you're just having a conversation with the staff. awesome time

I recently had the pleasure or working with Chase at the Lush store at Towne Center Mall in Geogia. He spent a lot of time explaining the different options for a Christmas gift for my daughter. He is friendly and kind and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back at this store and ask for Chase. If you are at this store ask for his help.

Two weeks ago, I had the absolute best experience at the Lush store in Lenox Mall, thanks to Anahika and Tori. Their customer service was fantastic from start to finish. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help me find exactly what I wanted. Shopping with them was honestly fun — they made great suggestions, answered all my questions, and created such a positive, upbeat vibe that I ended up enjoying the entire visit even more than I expected and spent more than I anticipated. 😉
Huge shout-out to Anahika and Tori for turning a simple shopping trip into a great experience. I felt like I was out with my girlfriends! Lush is lucky to have them!
