I was so excited when I seen my car colored purple 💜💜💜💜 when I seem my car it was so beautiful she looked practically brand new Beautiful I Love it I ge/ so many compliments from it Maaco did a spectacular job thank each & every one that took the time to do what you did for my purple Diamond 💜 now I can officially call her my purple Diamond because of the Beautiful colored that she is thank you guys so much yall are the bomb of paint coloring. 😊

I was in an accident in April 2023 and went to Maaco for an estimate to give to my adjuster. After my adjuster sent the payment, I took my car to Maaco for repairs and paid in cash.
Now, less than two years later, the paint is peeling on the replacement bumper they installed and painted. I reached out to them, hoping to have it repainted since it hasn’t even been two years. However, they claim they have no records from that time due to a new system. I don’t have a receipt, but I provided them with the original estimate, my VIN number, and even a survey I received after the repair.
Despite this, they’re giving me the runaround. It’s frustrating because my car is a 2023 Hyundai, and the paint shouldn’t be peeling—especially only on the part they replaced. I even sent pictures, but they still haven’t responded.
