Came in quickly for a color match. Shari greeted me immediately and found the perfect match for my skin tone. She was friendly, personable and very helpful. I was able to purchase all the products I needed and the color match was impeccable! She also assisted with reactivating my Mac rewards account. I will definitely return to this location and spend my money specifically at this location due to the great service Shari provided. Thank you Shari!

My makeup artist, Burgundy, made my makeover experience so fun! She talked me through every step (I told her I needed to learn!) She was very friendly and easy to be around.
I don't know that you can book with a particular artist, but I would recommend her. I'm sure the other ladies have talent too.

I’m new to the MAC family and not very knowledgeable about makeup, so I decided to stop by the MAC store while shopping at the mall. It turned out to be an amazing experience. As I was browsing, I realized I looked a bit lost, which I admitted to. A young lady named Shari approached me and asked if I needed help. I said yes, but I didn’t know what I was looking for. We started talking about makeup, and she made me feel like I had been a part of MAC my whole life. She suggested foundation, concealers, and even lipstick that matched my skin tone. She offered to apply it to show me how it would blend, and right before my eyes, my makeup looked beautiful. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I’m grateful to MAC for having such a queen on their team. It was a pleasure to encounter her. Although this location isn’t near my home, I’ll definitely be visiting the Perimeter store again. Thank you, so much Shari. ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I love MAC products and I prefer this location because of the customer service. I had my makeup done by a young lady named Shari and her work and services were impeccable. Thank you Miss Shari for being so amazing and giving me the best BEAT I’ve ever had. Who ever Shari G is she rude, and not patient. She gave me the wrong foundation and did not want to check the bag to make sure. When I checked she had the biggest attitude. The counter was messy with products. If she is a Manager this not a good representation of your company. I wanted to know more about a specific product I received an attitude no smile , and she smelled bad for some reason . Shopping online from now on.

Had such a great experience at the MAC store before Cowboy Carter! The whole team was welcoming and the space had such a fun vibe. Shari did my makeup and really brought my vision to life—she was so sweet, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My look held up all night and I got so many compliments. Definitely recommend shopping here!

Went into the store just to pick up a few items exactly what I wanted however, I waited around 15 minutes and no one assisted me because they were all getting Make Up. I feel as though they could’ve at least paused and gathered a few items I wanted so I could’ve left. Maybe they need to hire more people. I was super disappointed.

Yall so I had a question about an order I placed and when I say the customer service I received just over the phone was amazinggggggg. Shout out to Tori at the Perimeter mall store who just went above and beyond to provide me with such great customer service, such kindness and good energy. Honestly, it made my day.
Can not wait to shop with her again just based off of her quality of service. Truly hope she is recognized!

Shaka, the store manger provided exceptional customer service. He was well versed in the product knowledge and helped me pick out new colours. Highly recommend Shaka and his customer service.

It’s so hot in this store. makes it super hard to shop and look around. I will not be shopping here until Mac has air for customers to shop comfortably. Corporate or the Mall needs to do something about this. ASAP

I had a really great experience here! as soon as I entered Ms. Lauren greeted me with a smile and asked me how she could help me and she quickly matched my foundation shade and found the lip pencil shade that I haven’t worn since high school, but loved. Ms. Tyra and Jade were also helpful in objectively verifying that the foundation DOES match in different lighting and overall it was a lovely experience. The only negative thing was the fact that there was NO a/c on in there. Like at all. With them bright MAC lights?? That’s gotta be a human rights violation (lbs). Even though it was hot as I don’t know what in there, all the ladies makeup with flawless, okay?! I WILL be back (after they fix the air lol)
