Excellent service Brittani McFarland was very friendly and polite. She helped me with my make up. She did a great job. She did such a great job and made me look 10 years younger excellent products she recommended several products.

Maaaannnn, listen!!!! Iris is the TRUTH!!! Walked in because our flight was delayed, and we wanted to "waste" a little time. Within a few minutes, and one try, Iris not only matched my teen daughter and me perfectly with foundation and concealer, but she also gave us a brief tutorial to go. My daughter was definitely smiling with confidence when she walked out of the store.Iris is definitely a jewel to this Mac store, and my other teen daughter made sure to compliment her excellent "marketing" skills.

So! I am NOT a makeup girl. I may wear/apply makeup 1 time in 60 days and I stick to what I know. My outfits are always BAD AF but my makeup doesn't give the same energy. That being said, I was invited to a friends retirement brunch and she always has photographers and the guests take tons of photos; this time I wasn't missing anything. What do the kids say "she ate"? Well I wanted to EAT and be stuffed. I literally had 20 minutes to get from concourse C to concourse F and back in less than 40 min with my carry on . Mind you this was at 7 am on a Saturday. I walk into M.A.C., immediately greeted by a beautiful young lady by the name of Sonya. I explained to her my dilemma to include the time constraints. BAAABY! She went above and beyond for me. I was like "oh I only want a soft eye please". The LIES! I didn't want to be bothersome but it's like she saw the desperation in my face. She beat my face something FIERCE! I love it. It's soft, flawless, and light as a feather. She gave me what I actually needed and wanted without me having to coax her. She was so sweet, patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I honestly wish she worked closer to me. Fortunately for y'all she's at the ATL airport, concourse F. If you have the time by all means, go see her! She's PHENOMENAL. Thank you so much Sonja. I'm boarding my flight so I'll have to share photos a little later.

The only person working there was so unhelpful. I asked for assistance and she said yeah after she gets something in the back (no one else was in the store). I asked for help finding a shade to match my skin tone and she just gave me the product instead of actually trying to sell it or say yeah this will match or this one won’t. Any other cosmetic store they actually give recommendations and have you try it on, not make it seem like you are bothering them.

Poor customer service. I was in the store for about 15-20 minutes. There was only one person that seemed to be working the floor (a woman with a short/shaved, blonde cut). She didn’t greet me when I walked in which wasn’t a huge deal until I realized she greeted everyone who walked in after me. After that she walked up to everyone and asked if they needed help with something except for me. I knew exactly what I was looking for but maybe she just assumed I wasn’t in there to buy anything. When I asked where a trash can was, to throw away the wipe I used to clean makeup off my hand, she just pointed and said not a word. I eventually just left, I’ll just order my products from the online store.

I had a 2-hour airport layover & the highly/talented + extremely professional Sonya gave me an entire glow-up to surprise my (military) husband. It was a bustling Friday in December, but Sonya & her (male) coworker worked their M-A-C holiday magic on me + their deluge of lunchtime “busy” customers! I wish I could give them 100 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extremely poor service at ATL airport terminal F Mac store this evening. Absolutely poor selection of products - nothing that I wanted that was on display was in stock, and even more useless, unfriendly, unbothered sales assistant. Most pathetic and disappointing mac experience I’ve ever had.

I am a MAC girl! I love their products. However, concourse A is constantly out of product and today the staff was so rude that I just finally put my products on the counter and walked out. If you are out of everything and not willing to be helpful, I am going to open the drawers and get what I need. Don’t treat me like a child for searching for a product when I have been in your store for 10 minutes, received zero help, and was totally ignored by one of your employees. I will steer clear of this location from now on.

Great location if you’re in a pinch and need a pop of color on the lips for your getaway. Don’t expect the full service experience or all of the amazing MAC inventory you’ll find in a store. However, there’s enough to do the job. Plenty glosses, matte lipsticks, shadows and liners.

Worst customer 0 stars if I could. I had an issue with a purchase where the adhesive on a tube of lipstick came apart within 2 days of purchase. I would have accepted a denial of exchange due to policy, but I will not accept someone at manager level blaming me for a faulty product and straight up saying I broke it when I had only used it once and it was clearly a manufacturing default. . I've worked in customer service my entire working career. I am honestly appalled at this behavior. Steer clear if the MAC on F Concourse in ATL.

Very unprofessional,,.They not have a return labels available , employee very rude .Not under retail laws.I want to exchange and buy much more ...but now never againMac need to train better they emoyees
