I went into the store to buy one item and felt pressured by salespeople. In addition, I was sent several coupons which is why I went in there. I was told that none of them would actually work which made no sense whatsoever since one of them was a birthday coupon. The other was for a discount for 25% off. I was told that since the item was 10% off it wouldn't work. I asked why I couldn't just be sold the item at full price and then take off the 25% and we still got sent the way it works. I walked out with something that I'm probably going to return. This whole business with the coupons has to be figured out.

Do not purchase perfume or cologne at this location, the ladies do not know their perfumes. I asked for a sweet scent, I usually go for marshmallow scents for example Killian don't be shy, not hard to find perfumes with similar notes, the girl at the counter says they don't carry sweet scents. I'm sorry but if these perfume girls aren't able to point you to sweeter notes than you shouldn't work a perfume counter.

One of your sales rep you have on the first floor named Maryana is completely rude, clueless, arrogant and with her broken english she has plenty of sassy attitude. I cannot believe Macy's would hire such an incompetent rep. This girl was back to back rude to everyone around her.She just looked for reasons to complain to everyone she was ''Helping''. No one got helped and neither did i but one thing was for sure everyone was getting:
Her uncalled arrogance! Shame on management to hire this low.

Christina is an absolute rockstar! She went above and beyond to try to find the last item of a piece of clothing I was looking for, and I really appreciate her putting in the effort despite probably having a crazy hectic work day due to the holidays.

There is always a good deal at Macy’s. I find this store particularly nice, in that it has a lot without getting over-crowded. My go to place for men suits.
