Worst retail experience I've ever had. An "expert" sales associate from the camera department recommended I purchase a specific charger for my camera battery. When I got home I found out that it was the wrong charger. I tried to take it back the very next day, and the clerk told me that I couldn't return it. She directed me to a girl named Isabella. I was explaining my situation, and she walk off mid-conversation. I left and called customer service. They, too, told me that if the store wouldn't return it then basically I would be stuck with an item that I didn't need. Not being able to return a charger because the box is open is absurd. No where on the website nor the receipt states that this item is final sale. I ended up getting a shipping label from chat support, and I'm waiting on refund. Please avoid shopping here, a tech store ran by a bunch of lazy, tech-oblivious individuals

This store has the worst customer service.. I never thought I could see 20 people standing around and not even try to help you. This must be a high grossing store bc if not they won't be open too much longer.

I knew the make/model of the refrigerator I wanted to buy and came here to purchase it after having two previous failed deliveries of same item from two different companies. Didn't see any salespeople on the floor, but there was prominent signage instructing customers to scan icon on said sign in order to request help. Before I was even finished with the process someone came to help. The salesperson, Hakim, processed my order, set up my delivery and I was on my way within 15 minutes. I ordered the refrigerator on Friday afternoon and it was delivered the following Monday -- delivery time estimated between 12-4 and the delivery team actually arrived early and had the old refrigerator out and the new in and installed by 12:15. The delivery was seamless. My first two attempts at getting someone to deliver the same refrigerator (two different companies) were AWFUL. The first company damaged my walls and my hardwood stairs and floors and dropped the refrigerator causing so much damage that it had to be scrapped. The second company I ordered from showed up to deliver, looked around, and reported they couldn't deliver it with two men and would have to reschedule with four men (reschedule would take an additional four weeks). Best Buy's third party delivery source was on time, professional, efficient and knowledgeable.

The store is clean and the associates are friendly and helpful. I purchased big ticket items and scheduled delivery. The items were delivered as promised by efficient and knowledgeable delivery people. The Geek squad was outstanding and did an amazing job!

Just bought a phone and was assisted by Ann-Marie. She was helpful, knowledgeable and patient! Glad I chose to go there rather than the Apple Store which is usually a zoo!!

I just strolled in here and I happened to find a really awesome deal for a tv that I could not pass by! I genuinely wanted to purchase this television but finding help was so hard! I came across a few gentlemen that were nearby but they explained that they didn't work in that department (which is very understandable). Unfortunately, I was waiting for a while and received no help at all so I said I'll return back tomorrow to attempt to purchase the television and gratefully the gentleman made the process very smooth for me. I noticed all of the previous horrific reviews about delivery attempts and just decided to haul the television myself to avoid that. So overall I guess if you can find and receive help and haul all of your items yourself, this store isn't so bad!

Do not buy an appliance from any Best Buy! I recently bought a $2500 refrigerator. 1st thing they never showed or called on the 1st delivery scheduled. I had all the food from my old fridge cleaned out and in coolers, in my kitchen. After they didnt show up I called and they said they didn't know why but it never left the warehouse. On the 2nd delivery schedule a 3rd party delivery company showed up. They damaged my floors, stairs, walls and ceiling. They didn't even install the fridge just left it in the kitchen with missing parts for the handles. I called customer service they said the delivery company had reported the damage and I would receive a call and resolution within 48hrs. That call never came. A few weeks later I went up to the store where I made the purchase and told the customer rep there about my experience . He was appalled and embarrassed. He ask me to email all the pics of damage to him. He then got in the phone with Customer service sent them the pictures and told them about my damage. The in store gentleman really put in the effort the make this right. I left the store feeling I would get a call within 48hrs again. It's now been over a month. No call no email, no credit and no attempt to repair my home. It's like most businesses now, there is no loyalty or integrity, Best Buy doesn't care that I have been a customer for over 2 decades. I have purchased so many major purchases over the years from them TVs, computers and cameras etc.

I need the General Manager to contact me ASAP. I am hoping we can resolve or I will have to proceed with filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Best But was paid in full in June 2022 and I have not received all products and services associated with my purchase. In addition, I have been met with missed appointments, unresponsiveness, unprofessionalism, extremely rude contractors, etc.

BEWARE! Monitor any credit card used at Best Buy. They will add services to it without your knowledge. Do not purchase telephone devices from here. They falsely charged me and transfer me from person to person then transferred me to Apple. Best Buy stated, Apple should refund my money. Apple researched the matter and found no AppleCare for my device through BestBuy. My bank statement shows BestBuy was charging my card with Best Buy telephone number listed. DO NOT PURCHASE from BEST BUY.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I was treated rudely and referred to as a chick by the employee Darrell who works in the geek squad department. He demoralized me and gave me horrible service. I came to the location to get my computer fixed and left disappointed. I am a Best Buy loyal total tech care member and would advise people not to get this service or any warranty service through Best Buy. It is not worth the time or money and you will be treated horribly. Darrell is the worse and should not have a job in customer care.

One star because I can't give ZERO STARS. Literally the worst and most disrespectful employees I have ever encountered. I made an appointment online to have my iPhone repaired only to get an email saying it was cancelled today. I did not cancel it. I called the store to ask what happened and requested my appointment back seeing as how that would be the only time I could get to the store and wait for my phone to be repaired. The woman on the phone was extremely rude to me and basically refused to even help me or explain what happened. I will find another business to repair my device. How is this store still open? It's not that hard to say "sorry we must have made a mistake and cancelled your appointment, let me get this fixed for you". DO BETTER.

I purchased a refrigerator from best buy buckhead. The sales people were informative, helpful and friendly. Im also pleased with the fridge. My issue is with the delivery companies this store hires. I was told by best buy that I would get a call 30 minutes before delivery. The driver called to say they would be at my home in 10 minutes; they actually arrived in 2 minutes. The delivery company connected the fridge, took a picture of it and left. Seems they would have removed outer plastic and setup the shelving inside as part of installation like a different delivery team with American Freight did do with a new stove I purchased. Based on this experience, I will purchase appliances with American Freight in Tucker. Their delivery company is stellar; prices are reasonable as well.

I came here to buy a new protective case for my phone, and my experience was just ok. This Best Buy location is above the Target store. Parking for Best Buy is outside, and the lot is very big. However, the past few times I've come here, there have been barriers set up in the parking lot. I'm not sure what the reasons for setting them up, but they've sometimes made driving through the parking lot a challenge. I thought it was strange that there wasn't an employee at the entrance, because I've never seen that before. At all stores, there is always someone greeting customers and answering their questions, and making sure that that people aren't trying to steal. The phone case area was near the front part of the store. I was surprised that the newer phone cases were separated by the specific brand and model of phone, making it easier for customers to find cases that only fit their phones. In spite of this, because there were so many different cases for my phone, I had to look at just about every one of them. I found three that I really liked, and chose only one of them to buy. Checkout was quick and easy. During the time I was in the store, not one employee came by to see if I needed any help.
