I came into this store yesterday. I do NOT live in the community however my elderly dad does so I come over often to do his laundry cleaning & grocery shopping. Everytime, I mean Every single time I come into this store I'm witnessing & hearing the most ridiculous rude unprofessional customer service in mankind. Today upon walking in you hear the tall dark skin full of hair weave girl on her personal cell phone. She's in the front of the store pretending to clean & stock just so she doesn't have to cashier on her cell phone loud as ever having a whole conversation that everyone can hear.
I get to the checkout counter & the heavy set girl obviously having a mid life crisis by the way she carries herself is telling an older lady she can't get a refund b/c she has no cash in her drawer she proceeds to talk very rudely & skip the lady to ring up my things saying she don't have time for the foolishness thru the scanner down & walked off. Listen honey just because you made the wrong choices In life & this only job you can get doesn't mean you bring your nasty negative energy to work with you & pass it to customers. You obviously need to be in a warehouse w/NO customers. It's like who raised them, if anyone at all. Thank goodness I don't live in the community I would boycott the h3ll out that store & put em out of a job. I told my dad Don't EVER spend his $$ in that store again & I will make sure of it. You better off driving to the Candler Road location the workers there have plenty home training. They don't realize Karma a mutha & what you put out comes back 10 fold. No degree low class workers are sickening! That guy below ?? definitely was paid or given something FREE to leave that bogus 5 star comment! We know y'all pay for 5star reviews.

My wife and I normally go on a Wednesday, and we find The Cashier staff both helpful and friendly. We treat them with kindness and friendliness, and we receive it in return. Thank you ? ?

We understand the store employs alot of seniors but Customer Service is terrible You have to give respect to get it Corporate get on there heels. This location used to have alot of nice home decor but it hasn't in awhile. Let's clearance out alot of this older mess in all departments, get that backroom pushed to the sales floor and get some new merchandise. Training on customer service is needed no matter the age or location of the store. You can overhear the worst conversations straight from employees
